I'm new to yoga, and at 51 years old, I was a little intimidated by it. I got an app that's not bad, but it's hard to follow since I'm not familiar with any of the pose. I was looking for some easy instructions for standing poses and found these videos! They are great!! Perfect for a beginner! Thank you for taking the time to do this.
The stretches are really good. But in my opinion, the length of time you keep us bent for some of those moves are a bit strenuous for those who are not already in relatively good shape. Hence, this is a great short yoga workout, but I don't recommend for beginners or those who are not yet in good shape.
This is one of my favorite stretches to do before a morning workout. It gets the necessary kinks out of my joints and muscles . It's like a pre- pre- workout ❤

@@sandrine7820 Yes, they are all good for any time of the day, except maybe for "intermediate" videos - the body tends to be stiff in the morning, so going directly into deep poses might not feel the best right after waking up)
