I'm going to try n memorize these so I can add some relaxing music to it and just slowly drift off somewhere to my happier place. It’s 6am and I just tried this two minutes ago because a friend told me it works well with waking you up, and I can definitely feel a difference!! Now I think I’m going to do yoga every morning! I don’t know how I didn’t do this until now!
This honestly will always be my favourite morning yoga when I’m short on time It touches all the places from head to toe in such a gentle release from a long nights sleep! Will always come back to this one
This has been fantastic, it’s just the perfect level for me especially for the morning when I usually find it very hard to make extra time for anything. Hence the 5 minutes are really ideal. I'd love to see a longer version of a class you can do under a blanket that's super gentle. In the mornings I'm so exhausted before work or so sore from the gym, this video is the opener to my day! Fantastic video! I like these videos that go right into the movements and no talking. The description of the movements and instructions are narrated. No unnecessary talking or getting off topic, it keeps you really focused. The only issue is the calming soothing voice makes me sleepy. I could use it as an ASMR replacement.
I LOVE THIS! It’s so easy and simple, and just 5 minutes! Which was the selling point for my lazy self honestly haha. and it literally makes me feel so relaxed! I feel like all my limbs have had a good stretch too. And I know this is weird but I like to do this after I brush my teeth and put lotion + perfume on as like an aroma therapy thing, so whilst I’m doing this I get a light/slight scent of all of these things depending on where I am and it’s so relaxing to smell something nice like lighting a candle perhaps (I’ve ran out at the moment lol). I always keep my eyes closed whilst doing this and I love it, it’s like meditation but with movement. Thankyou!
Ok so I found this about a week ago when looking for a good cooldown after working out and now I can't even stop using it. I've been doing it every morning since I found it and I always feel so at peace after doing it. Thank you so much for making this!

This is true ❤️ however flexibility has nothing to do with the practice of yoga. Even the most inflexible can practice yoga. You can do yoga even if you physically can’t move. If you can breathe...you can do yoga. The breath is movement. 🙏🏼
