Your videos help so much. I think my favorite style is laying because I find I get light-headed when I'm lying down and then move to standing. It's not as bad sometimes, so I do mixtures as well, but I think I prefer laying for that reason. Also, laying allows me to get good stretch and tension release while also allowing me to feel like I'm being calmed.
Congrats on your wedding! My fav poses are the ones I can do laying down cause it helps with back aches and pains and I feel like I release a lot of tension laying down on the floor. I also enjoy hip openers! 💗💗💗😘

My favorite is Yin yoga ❤❤ I do you videos first thing in the morning before anything else, so sometimes I’m tired and like the laying/seated 🧘 poses (I’d stay in corpse pose for 15 min if I could 😅). I like to stand but not first thing, when a video starts that way I think to myself “Bird is working me today”😉😁

Hii! Thank you so much for another incredible yoga practise! My favourite type of yoga is either yoga for strenght or stress relief type of yoga. With that in mind, I prefer either all standing yoga poses or all on the mat yoga poses as I don’t like to move up and down during my yoga practise that much.
You are my favorite yogi.. thanks for all you do.. i prefer laying poses.. i struggle with shoulder , and hip aches so i like stretching that deals with those.
Love your relaxed vibe and how you say just what pose were going to do…rather than just doing it! Lol. I’d like to see more standing poses mixed with the stretches on the mat.
I enjoy a good sun salutation flow. Not too fast, not too slow, but purposeful. I fine it gets the blood flowing and is gentle enough to do at any time.
Before an injury I had I used to love mix poses. And since I usually practice in the morning I now prefer lying poses not too many transitions. But I love anything you are willing to share with us. You’re so appreciated.

Thank you so much for sharing, you are a gift. Can you please a 30 minute morning practice? I like the pace of your practice, to hold poses for about 3-4 breaths. I like hatha yoga the best. Vinyasa is fast for me and Yin is too slow for me. Have a blessed day.
Oh this felt fabulous this morning❤ I do not have a favorite yoga. It switches with my mood or what my body or mind needs. I will say intuitive yoga usually feels best with my sciatica.

And interesting that you mention, I have been experiencing a flare up with sciatica the past few weeks on and off (I moved a certain way and for some reason it’s been creeping up on me ever since) of course not medical advice but My personal saviour stretches are rocking over my hips on a block (feels like a massage on my glutes!) and supine pigeon ❤️❤️
