A yoga session with you feels a bit like therapy and always helps me a lot with managing stress. The music gives me so much energy, and the setting is absolutely stunning!

I've just moved from Oregon to North Carolina to start a whole new life chapter, so my goal for the new year is to establish social connection and a sense of purpose here.

I did this with a cold and feeling limber and in better spirits! For this new year I aim to turn to mindfulness practices first before escapism (doomscrolling,weed pen etc). Giving myself grace if some days are rougher than others tho!

I am struggling with a resolution/goal for this year. All I know is I want less. Less to do, less stuff, less reaction, less stress - less. So I'm working on how to make that an actionable step and not just a concept.
I am doing a digital detox and spending more time reading and less time on social media, less time checking emails and less time checking my phone. My brain needs a good cleanse.
