Uliana, this was perfect🤍! I needed to do a quick stretch but something that would give me full body too before I walked my dog and this was perfect to do in the backyard so we could just be on our way. No need to go back in the house start a whole yoga session lol.
my whole body is muscle fatigued because i've been studying for long hours daily and this really helped, this will be my new morning stretch. thank you!

I have been going to physical therapy for a bound up nerve in my lower back and this helps a lot to loosen my back and legs before my therapy work and as everyone else has stated your soothing voice makes this that much better not like an aggressive workout thank you

i am 2 years late but i need to say how much i love this video! every time i do it, it stretches all the right muscles in my body. i am an artist/animator so this really relaxes my shoulders and lower back which is where i have the most tension and it also stretches my legs just enough after sitting for hours. i also love that it's standing yoga because that's exactly what i need after sitting for a long time. it's perfect, my favourite stretching video. you're so good at these short stretching videos!

This video is great for me as I am just getting back into yoga after gaining a lot of weight. Being on the floor is uncomfortable for me for joint, circulation, and mobility reasons. This is exactly what I needed.
