    Hi Bird! I love the little reminders and encouragement you give along the way. ‘Embracing the wiggles and shakes’. For someone who’s struggling with burnout, this channel is perfect to soothe the anxiety over ‘doing’ and just ‘being’.

    Greetings from NYC. This was so wonderful. I’ve been getting very stiff since I don’t go to the gym since Covid. Quick question please I am new to yoga and I’m wondering why each pose is only a few seconds long.

    Just discovered this and absolutely loved it. I used to sleep on my belly in a waterbed with my leg way up like you instructed and loved it! Thanks for sharing. Best 12 minutes I’ve had in a while!! 🫂 I really miss my waterbed especially during pregnancy!
