Lys, I am so pleased I found your workout. One question. I have severe balance issues, so I do not do the top of the leg, where you pull your leg behind you. Is there an alternative stretch for the same thing that doesn't require balance?? 🤗🤗🤗

Thanks for a great standing stretch video! A suggestion: maybe wear a wireless mic as the audio is somewhat hard to hear unless the volume is turned up pretty high.
