Hello Schellea, with winter's inclement weather starting in Nov. I began following your workouts. Since 11/23 to 1/20 I lost a total of 6". I have several back injuries and have found your programs to be gentle on the body. I have become more flexible and have better balance. I am so looking forward to getting back to Nordic walking while still incorporating your videos into my workout program. I am feeling prepared to enjoy gardening this year. A million thank yous for what you do, that all the physical therapy couldn't!

Wow... I have never come across a channel like this, where:
- Things are very calmly and slowly guided and explained verbally, in text, with a timer, and beautiful gong as well.
- You told those of us under your guidance, unexpectedly but so lovingly within the session, that our bodies are beautiful! You took a moment to connect with us and give us compassionate feedback (and I see this as a way to enourage and help people cultivate a kinder relationship towards their individual bodies)
- Your presentation was warm and welcoming to all. You genuinely smiled at us, and even kindly mouthed towards end of certain stretches that it was the last one just before the gong sounded. Your genuine compassionate, warm demeanour through your verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation was honestly lovely, and it gave me a sense of safety (I have Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
- The music you chose for the session was divine, so soothing and beautiful. No one has ever used the music in any RUclips stretch or workout video before, but you chose this, and it is just calming, beautiful, and soothing. I really think it's good for the body and nervous system. I haven't seen any of your other videos, you came up in my search engine, so I haven't seen your other uploads, but please know that the music was simply wonderful.
- The environment you were in was very beautiful and imbued a sense of calm. The plants give off a fresh and supportive energy. I love this.
- I could go on, but these are some amazing aspects of yourself the facilitator, the video, and your approach with helping and communicating with others. I liked that you didn't rush either.
I think you're also an Aussie too, which is brilliant! If you were in my state, I would so wish to find out if it is possible to join classes or have one on one sessions.
I know that this video was aimed for women 50 and over 😊 But if I'm honest, I'm a 33 year old woman, struggling with many chronic health conditions that deeply impact how much exercise and movements I can do, it's very very limited. So I turn to RUclips and look up senior workouts, and even a lot of them are too face paced for me.
Dear facilitator, do you have a pre-existing video or would you please consider making a very, very gentle and slow stretching as well as exercising video (5-10 for each) for any women who for one reason or another, have bodies with limited capacity in what they can do and how much? If you did this, of course, I fully understand terms that it would not be a replacement for medical advice. But I wonder if you might have a video you've already message like what I'm inquiring about, or consider making one? I ask because you have the most warm, loving, gentle demeanour, energy, and approach to how you facilitate, and how accessible you make it (different types of cues such as timer, gong, your guiding voice, text, previews of the next exercise). I don't know if you are a Reiki master or have dabbled in alternative therapeutic modalities, but I very much get the sense that you either naturally imbue that energy or have some experience! I think that is what really compliments all of this for myself and perhaps others too.
Please know you are a wonderful person. Thank you for offering your guidance to assist other women. Thank you for spreading love to us, for trying to bring us together, and empowering us.
If you would ever consider making a video or series directed toward all of us women that have limited capacity with our bodies - that would be amazing 🥹🥹🥹

@@dear-pixel-heart oh I just read your full comment - I only saw the first few lines initially! Yep you have picked up on all the MAGIC that Schellea has created here. I've had a lifelong issue with not enjoying exercise no matter what I tried, gyms, etc etc etc - even walking was a struggle to stay motivated. I got away with it in my younger years but turning 40 and 2 pregnancies gave my body the shock of its life - weight gain I had never experienced before...and 15 years later I was at a fork in the road...my body was in pain, decrepitude had set in and I thought I was going to go into continual decline and waste the rest of my older years........I was at a fork in the road and made a decision to try one more time to get fitter and googled "exercises for women in their 50s"... and fabulous50s came up....hmmm I thought I don't think this is my style, but next day I told myself to try one 10mins exercise.... I was literally instantly addicted. Everything you described in your comment - the warmth, the kindness, the genuine love and care and gentleness, the encouragement, the gestures, the words that remind us to be better people etc etc etc just was amazing and I have even cried at the end of certain work outs from sheer overwhelming gratitude -it was what was always missing. I CANNOT miss a day of workouts - the strength, mobility, stretching, balancing, cardio - Schellea covers it all. My body has transformed - I am stronger, fitter, more energetic - I got my life back and so far have lost 16kgs and eating better. She's done all the hard work in researching the best information both scientifically and non-mainstream/eastern/western approaches - all we have to do is show up. Explore everything she has to offer and you'll just continue to be inspired. I think long and hard before I pay for a subscription, but I have not hesitated to purchase her paid content - it's all been worth it and more - and is a way to say thank you for everything she has given us (so much free content to explore!) - and you'll access the private Facebook group which has been great too. Schellea is an angel and humanitarian who is doing genuinely good things for people - everyone on the planet should know about her! All the best discovering more of what is available here ❤🧡❤💛

I can't believe how stiff I have become. It's been almost a year since I have really been able to exercise due to a sciatica and spinal injury and illness during Christmas. I'll do this stretching exercises and some of your other stretching exercises to get myself l limber again before I start back into full exercise routine. Thank you so very much for all you do.

Oh Schellea another one with classical music! Stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. I’ve never done the stretches that you showed for the hands and wrists especially the one where you go down and then you invert your fingers and draw them up and then you make kind of a lotus position with your hands when you come up, it is absolutely so helpful.
