For me the right time15 minutes, 5 days a week plus for my arms 8 to 10 minuts exercise with weights. Thank your for the energy to teach us 50plus (I'm 70...) to stay fit!👌🤩
I’m 62 and have been using your sitting ab exercises for about two months and I noticed an extreme difference. With the weather getting warmer didn’t want to go out and do my walk so I opted for your indoor walking routine. This is fantastic. I do both together and I feel I’ve done my Exercise for the day. It’s in invigorating and it wakes me up. Most importantly, I feel excellent.

I usually do the chair yoga and stop but the last couple mornings I’ve gone on to do the stand-up walking with you. It’s wonderful. Can’t get completely through it but I’m making progress thank you thank you.

I do your 30 minute weight loss walk/jog at least 4 times a week always morning - but this is a really nice 15 minuter.
We all have busy lives - but this 15 minute work out allowed me another 15 minutes to do your 15 minute arm workout - the half hour for me then worked nicely👍😊

My new favorite!! I have been walking when doing arms for awhile now and this one got my heart rate up...YAY! The exercise at the 12 minute mark? I find I do them better when I hold onto my dresser, then I can really get my leg up high and then back extended without worry. Gosh I love working out every day with Ms. Fowler!! Thank you. Like this full body workout! Your enthusiasm and motivation with spunk are very Contagious! Love it and just did it and feel great! I am 53 years young and honestly get hard on myself sometimes because it’s like Some in society make you feel like because you get a certain age you have to sit down and just give up. I will not do that however it gets hard sometimes but eating the right foods along with exercise does make a huge different in how you look and feel. Thanks you so much for all your encouragement and you look great and can’t wait to get in shape like you and almost there, wish me well!:)❤

I wonder if you’ve covered the subject of exercising when unwell in one of your videos?
Yesterday I was unwell and just got steps up with gentle walking. I read that exercising with a fever is a no, no and although I felt sick, temp was normal. I felt the need for some good hormones. Today I feel 100% better than yesterday, but still not 100% well.
I did this 15 minute workout at my own pace and plan to get a gentle walk in later. You are very encouraging of our efforts and I love that you also encourage kindness. Thank you for your generosity and kindness sharing your videos.

I love all your videos. I’m turning 60 soon and these are perfect for me. I have been doing them for a few weeks and already feel more toned. I was going to the gym but got too sick to keep going.
