Cellulite runs in my family and I assumed at my age I’d never be able to tone my thighs & waist. I now have a routine of exercising videos that work on legs, abs, and arms. All of them are fabulous50 s! I enjoy the variety and it only takes 20-30 minutes a day. Amazed at how the cellulite is melting away! I also enjoy fabulous 50 stretch videos. 🌻 Thank you
Added to my 15 minute play list. If I’m feeling lethargic and I’m lacking motivation I tell my self to do one of your shorter workouts rather than my usual 30 minutes. Most times, I finish the 15 and then do another one, or a ten minute one and a 5 minute stretch. Cannot recommend to people highly enough to save these workouts in lists of 5, 10, 15, 20 & 30 minutes. Makes it so much easier. At the end of the day, moving your body for 5 minutes is better than no minutes. Let’s face it, we can ALL do 5 minutes minimum!

I’ve been trying to recover from past rona party favors (fatigue, muscle weakness, etc.) so most exercise plans are too much for me right now. Yet if I don’t start _something_, my muscles will not get much better! This one looks like it will be perfect! SAVED! 💖
When I had Covid early 2020, I couldn’t walk across the kitchen floor. I started forcing myself to take a slow walk down the block. Buy a walking stick. It’s amazing. It helps moving the weight of body so it’s not all on your energy. It’s easier to move yourself.

Wow. I have just completed the 15 min walking workout. You are a life saver. I have been a follower of yours since Covid 19 stopped me going to the gym but the last three months have found this 78 yo unable to do much at all with a heart condition. But I feel after this morning I’m back. Words can’t say how much I appreciate these short exercises. 😍

This is an absolute 10 and Buddy is a 10 also. He is so entertaining. I really love how you break the walk up into targeting the ABS, ARMS and LEGS and spend 5 minutes on each of these areas while also walking (getting the cardio in at the same time). Thanks Schellea and Buddy🙏💞
