I truly hate to exercise, but I love Coach Kim. Her exercises have helped me greatly with my sciatic pain and I actually enjoy doing them. I’m following more of her videos, keep up the good work Coach Kim ❤️
I totally relax at the sound of your voice and your pace makes for easy listening. Clear and well pronounced vocabulary is repeated just enough.. 😊 I'm just realizing that at 61, I'm starting a brand new career..with children!! I need your help and experience! I've had 4 spinal surgeries within the last 5 years, and today I am 1000% better, blessed and grateful! Keeping up with these children is asking a lot from a body that had learned to stay still to avoid pain... I was struck early and was forced onto Disability at the crazy age of 39! I was a Sign Language interpreter for the Deaf, but my arms were the first to fall into severe pain and weakness.. Long story short, I think I need a complete full body reboot!! Stretching, strengthening, massage, learning about, what is healthy body alignment, and the best form to walk, get up off the ground, help another person up.. Wowza!! So much!! Can you contact me? Thanks for reading this and thanks for your time. A. M.
I am 71 and quite well for my age. I have been doing these exercises morning and night for about a month. I feel so much better, less stiff in the morning when I get up. My upper back is better. My lower back and legs used to feel stiff after walking any distance with my dog. I also think it has helped the strength in my hip muscles. For instance when stepping up on to something sometimes I would trip because I couldn’t lift my leg high enough. It took me a week or so to realise ‘oh I’m not stiff anymore’ lol. A few minutes a day well spent. Thank you.
The first time I did the last stretch, it took care of my lower back pain. Thank you, thank you.❤❤❤ I have been doing this every morning with you. I am determined to do these five stretches religiously.
Love these 5 stretching exercises. I’ve been looking for exercises for lower back issues, these are doable and I’ve been practicing every day and feel they’re helping. Thanks!
Thanks so much! This is simple and doable; I was complicating it too much, trying to stretch too many body parts in one session, and then not doing it at all. This is a big help.
Sitting & standing stretches make stretching way more attractive to me. Mid 50's, high energy, highly physical, and just realized a few years ago that my constant ankle pain was caused from tight leg muscles. Now I'm realizing that my lower back pain is directly related to my tight leg muscles. I hate having to take time out to stretch everyday, but it is truly life changing and necessary for me.
LOVE this video, thank you! Simple & helpful stretches. ❤ Curious, to the interior design fans.. why is the background design heavy on the right starting from the electrical outlet? Is there a visual reason to leave the left side a blank canvas? Thanks, really, cuz I enjoy learning abt design. 😊
Yes you can, ant movement will burn calories. However if your goal is to lose weight we recommend speaking with your doctor or personal trainer to find a routine that works best for you
I'm just giving up smoking and interested in a daily stretching program ... I'm 64 years old with m.s.,arthritis, with chronic pain, spasms, and inflammation. I think this will greatly improve my life, rather than existence. Biting the bullet😬 and beginning with this video today. If I can do it 🙆♀️ so can you 😊Thanks for the inspiration 🙋🏽♀️🧘♀️ Peace out ✌️ 🫶🫂and good luck 👍 😉🤞to all of us!
Just subscribed, I'm 72 and gained a bit of weight over the summer, I'm a teacher and I need to keep moving. I feel good after one day of stretching. I have worked out most of my life and had to slow down after a knee injury, I did the Five Rites for many years and it kept me in shape, but I can't be on my knees anymore, so when I stopped, it didn't take long to stiffen up and gain weight. These stretches will help me get moving again. Thank you👍🏽☺🙏🏽💖
I can’t go without thanking you for this recipe. I have suffered excess phlegm for several years. I have been drinking this recipe for almost two weeks and I have to say it is a miracle beverage! My phlegm problem has stopped. I drink it faithfully every morning before I eat or drink anything. It works! Thank you so much.😊
I am not under the age of 8...🤣. Very much enjoy--and need--stretches. Without stretches, my body feels as if it will bunch up in a ball. Also, I have had planter facilitates and know foot exercises are a good preventative.
A question: A chiropractor a long time ago, showed me that if I contract the stretched muscle group while it is in the middle of the stretch, thus decreasing the actual stretch, I can stretch my muscle group further the next time I stretch. Any thoughts on this? Just trying to make sure it's OK. Thank you.
Every body type is different, so we are unable to effectively help you without assessing your medical situation and physical capabilities. We recommend you talk to a health professional such as a personal trainer if you are looking to feel a better stretch or get in a good workout 💪
Praise the Lord even when times are hard. He can break the bonds that bind us which only serve to refine us.when we praise Him. For our God inhabits praise. 🙏 🙏
I usually scroll on by preachy comments, but this one annoyed me. I didn't read thru the comments on this video to be preached at. Leave people alone. Find joy in your faith if that's your jam and share it with others like yourself. Don't push it at people indiscriminately. It's rude trolling at the least. I'm here for the fitness. Please don't respond, especially with an offer to pray for my soul or whatever. It's none of your concern. Please go away. You could start by deleting your comment.
Just want to say, about what u said about 1hour of exercise for every 8hrs of sitting ?! it would be to much sitting ,if ur doing it continously. Which is not what u meant i assume. But id like to add , from whad ive learnt , u need to get up after every 40mins or so of sitting, to move ur body a bit , at least...even if just for a few mins. Just avoid v prolonged sitting, at all costs.
I appreciate any and all exercise tapes but as a 77 year old slightly fat senior citizen with one artificial knee getting one leg lifted over the other leg seated in a chair is impossible for me . And I did not feel like the stretches were of much help for my back pain . I'm sure she means well but the entire tape makes me feel like I'm being "talked down" to.
so glad I found you! Thank you for supporting the seniors who need your videos!
"Sitting is the new smoking." Love that quote. So true! I've thought that but never verbalized until I heard this.

With tight hips, NEVER push on your knee; instead, press your thumb against the inner groin, when the groin releases, the knee will descend
Very nice. Thank you

Thanks for the video. Question: is the first exercise (knee stretching) safe for knees with baker cyst?
I am new to any exercise other than walking. I love your stretching exercises, do I actually use any calories doing these.

Sitting is the new smoking….hahaha…you said it sister.
After recovering from exercising I like to roll around on the floor twisting and stretching my legs and hips and back 🤣 And it feels great

Any restrictions for hip replacement folks?

Good 👍 if you have an anterior hip replacement from broken femur stem? July happened 1st 81 yrs
How do you adapt if you have had a knee replacement. Not quite a year out but still don’t have that range of motion?
Do you do a stretch for knees?
Thank you. Not trying to be a problem. I have OCD and your picture isn't lined up and I can't stop looking at it.
Hi 4th exercise with the wrist... I don't quite get you... I do have CTS does it mean that I can do it or I should avoid ? Thank you

The countdown to the countdown is so weird 😂
People with hip replacements and stretch number 1?
what if u can't cross your legs like u do
So you're saying you should exercise three hours a day? One hour for every 8 hours sitting?
Just want to say, about what u said about 1hour of exercise for every 8hrs of sitting ?! it would be to much sitting ,if ur doing it continously. Which is not what u meant i assume. Why so much talking
Try muting the sound
I do agree ... most of these videos are too much talking. There are recipe channels now that are silent. It's heaven...

Hablas demasiado
"Coach Kim" needs watch her own videos to see how silly she sounds.
Yeah too much talking lose interest
