Brilliant. My wife and I are in our late 70s and our experiences over the past few years has deprived us of a level of fitness. My wife has been doing this for a couple of months and her balance has improved immensely. I have now started and I feel confident it will help. Good balance is key to remaining fit.
I've watched a million balance exercises, and yours is the only one I do. You don't waste time yapping about your credentials and explaining your program. We start moving and you explain as we go. A great time saver for me and very beneficial!
I really glad I found this. I am 90 years old and these exercises help me. I can stand 4 seconds on one leg but still wobbly so I have a long way to go. I am, trying hard to do this every day and I hope in a few months I can report some progress. Thank you.
The problem I have with a lot of these senior-targeted videos is that the instructor is chirpy-syrupy-sweet and thinks cheering us on like we're dim four year olds is going to inspire us. Nothing could be further from the truth! Jessica treats us like ADULTS, doesn't waste time with chirpy platitudes, and respects the fact that we are going to be at different levels of ability. This is the first video I have WANTED to use and have used repeatedly. Kudos to Jessica!
Thank you, Jessica ! This Video (2 rounds of it) is my every morning companion while doing my mobility and strength exercises. Love your calm and gentle company ;-) Your voice is what keeps me going every day.
Excellent presentation. I'm 73 and I just had partial knee replacement and discovered I now have balance issues. I love the calmness and quiet encouragement, and I'm now doing this every day. This is the first video I've "Liked" and well deserved.

As a 66 y/o former personal trainer of seniors, I commend these exercises. Balance becomes even more CRITICAL as we age, and these are all do-able for the majority (if not all) people ~ thank you!
❤ Thank you Jessica. I happened on your channel by accident and what a find. I an 70 years old and live in the UK. My balance has been awful since a bout of vertigo which came on around the time of the pandemic. I plan to do this video every day, thank you again.
I’m 35, and had always been active throughout my life; a swimmer in high school. And I am unable to do the calf crunches in the beginning of the video with my eyes closed unfortunately. “A body in motion stays in motion.” Thank you for sharing this video, excellent presentation.
Very grateful to you Jessica for sharing your expertise on balance exercise. I am in my mid 50s, and lately I have been taking balance exercise seriously and I am helping other seniors to improve their balancing
Thank you, Jessica! I have been doing your videos for a while, but was recently diagnosed with eustachian tube disorder out of the blue. It has given me vertigo that has lasted for weeks! This video is exactly what I needed to help get my balance back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank you so much for this video. I’m newly diagnosed with osteoporosis at 54. I didn’t realize how important balance is and also didn’t realize how much I needed to work on mine. I’ve added this to my daily routine, and I’m already seeing an improvement. I’ve since found other helpful videos in your channel and have subscribed. You’re easy to listen to and follow. As a busy person, I also appreciate how well you use the time in your video and get right to the purpose.
My balance has never been the same since my spine surgery after my accident a few years back, starting to exercise consistently again and thought about balance training - this was awesome!!
Great video. I like the fact that you encourage people to close our eyes as this is not often mentioned and does add a challenge. I've seen an improvement in my balance. Thank you.

I am not much of a sports person, never have been. I am nearly 30 and need to find a habit of working out to get fitter. We’ve had balance work outs in my regression course after giving birth and I really enjoyed those. Now, quite a lot later I found your video and just gave it a shot since it’s just 10 minutes long. It’s amazing! I really enjoyed it! And, oh boy. My hip was cracking really bad. Let’s find out if I can make it a habit! 🎉
I am 83 and have noticed such an improvement since starting these exercises a few weeks ago. I can now walk down a staircase without touching a wall or holding a handrail. In the shower I was afraid to move my feet ,but now can move around freely. I am so glad I found these exercises.
Having just entered the realm of the I can't to keep my weight down regardless of lifestyle choices and changes including increased exercising and changing eating habits, your you tube videos are on my go to list! Great work outs that meet my needs having recovered from knee surgery but with reduced mobility and still some discomfort. Such great motivation too!

Thanks you, I enjoyed this exercise. God bless you.
Thanks. A good set of exercises. Despite being fairly fit in my mid 60s there is always scope to improve balance especially with the closed eyes progression. Sue x
My Cardiologist put a heart monitor on me to see if it's my heart that causes me to fall. I had issues with Vertigo off and on but something else is going on cause I wasn't dizzy this last 2 falls. Bless you for sharing to give me something to try. Long story trying to be short.
