    Coach Kim is the best....use her recumbent bike exercises from yrs ago almost everyday.

    I want to.lose belly fat.
    I recently had surgery on L5 -S1 Laminectomy, Cervical fusion, shoulder surgery. Motor Vehicle accident I 'm 60 yrs old.
    Not sure if these exercises .
