I loved this! It was fun and felt great to my body. I did do it three times in a row to give my body the challenge it needs. Pilates is something I do daily and wanted to try something different. I am 58 and have one knee replacement. Thankfully the last exercise I could perform in the lunge position without a knee hurting me. Thank you for the wonderful video. 🤗💕

Instead of “pulling your arms back” to stand straight I found if you “pull” your breast bone up instead your arms end up where they should be without staining your shoulder joint. Otherwise I love these exercises
I want to.lose belly fat. I recently had surgery on L5 -S1 Laminectomy, Cervical fusion, shoulder surgery. Motor Vehicle accident I 'm 60 yrs old. Not sure if these exercises .
