    Wife recently developed the most wicked case of sciatica I've ever seen. Couldn't even sit upright in a chair. Our Dr called in an in-home physical therapist service. They got her completely pain free in 4 sessions with basically the same stretching methods. Good to know what's presented in this video.

      Hi Coach Kim.... I've been struggling with sciatica pain for about 2 months... It was getting better and then it would ultimately return... This past Friday after work it got so bad I couldn't sit or stand or even sleep without being in excruciating pain... I was absolutely miserable... Yesterday afternoon I thought I would try something different than what my chiropractor and PT had me doing... I did your stretching exercises 2x yesterday and again today... I'm almost completely pain free as I write this... I feel better now than what PT and chiropractor couldn't do... I want to thank you so much for your help and the hard work you put into your channel... Hope you have a great day and thanks again for everything I'm so grateful for your channel

      coach Kim my doc says exercises will only aggravate the pain. I am scared to try yr exercises in case the pain worsens, please help.

      @@mariaangeladsouza7677 stretching and exercises are the only thing that truly has helped me with my sciatica... Maybe see a chiropractor or some sort of physical therapy...best of luck with your pain and prayers

    Coach Kim. I am soo glad to have found your video. I was tboned in and have 7.5 herniated disc l5s1 with pinched nerve. The person who hit me insurance denied right didkectomy surgery, different lumbar injection done which didn't feel work. Once physical therapy stopped, I had to try and heal myself. So, with swimming and a little over a month of watching this video to stretch morning and night has greatly improved my daily sciatica. These really do work. Just finish this morning stretch.

    I came to this site because of sciatica and after having tried other sites that didn't relieve the pain. I felt the difference and the improvement IMMEDIATELY and that is the truth. I thoroughly recommend these particular exercises for sciatica pain. An added bonus is that they are very easy and don't take longer than 10 minutes. What more can one ask for. I have subscribed because of my total satisfaction and it's nice to see an "older" woman with a good sense of humour. Coach Kim. I am so fed up of young slim women doing complicated yoga positions. I am 71 years old and still working part time (very physically demanding job).

    Been doing this for a week, and I feel a difference. I’ve been chronic flare up cycles, that only got worse with cardio. This video has relived my pain and allowed me to continue exercising pain-free.

    Oh GOD Bless you!! I never had this before untill i reached and grabbed a flower pot off my steps and let me tell you... Had to go see a chiropractor boy, he worked a miracle. Now I'm getting that feeling again back. I still see him but i can do these too!! Thank you!!❤ I just turned 71

    After recovering from a car wreck and refusing the surgery and then a car hit me riding my bike which gave me all new pains that I'm recovering from , Siatica and friend helped me find you and 3 days ago I couldn't walk and watch these clips helped me to be able to walk without a walker today.     Hi Coach Kim. Thank you for these exercises. I have been suffering with sacroiliitis for almost a year. I'm actually scheduled for an MRI next week. Luckily, I came upon your channel. I have been doing these exercises for 4 days now---in the morning and in the evening and very slowly. The pain has decreased by at least 80%. I can't thank you enough.

    I have been doing these stretches for years, brings instant relief to my back. If I skip a day or two, I pay the price in lower back pain. At 72 I am supple enough to lift my leg into a wash basin to rince off my foot. I firmly believe it is thanks to these stretches and staying active

      These stretches are good, but you have to remove the trigger points in your muscles.

    Love the presentation here, host seems professional and knows what she’s talking about. I have had recent lower back pain to the point of inability to just walk without pain. These movements are similar to what I have been trying on my own. Need to keep at it for sure. Thanks for posting !❤

    I am 65 and in relatively good shape and very active however over the last year or so I have been experiencing what I thought was some hip pain when getting up from sitting or sleeping. I mentioned it to my doctor during my checkup and he said I think it is actually lower back pain and stiffness and not your hips. I think the main reason was after a short bit of walking it normally got better not worse. I also started having some sciatic pain while trying to sleep mainly. I have found these 5 simple exercises to almost eliminate my discomfort in both my hips and my sciatic nerve. If I do them twice daily the discomfort in both cases has almost disappeared. I will continue to do them and let everyone know if it continues to help. Thanks!!!!

    Excellent exercises for back pain. esp lower back pain. Everybody with back issues should go to a Physical therapist once in their lives. There, they will give you anywhere from 12 to 15 exercises to do for your back. And you should do them about 4 times a week at least. I know I do. Don't forget to reward yourself with some soothing ice to your back after those exercises for 10 to 16 minutes. PT WORKS!!!

    Holy cow! I've tried all kinds of stretches to get my sciatica under control, my leg is pins & needles everytime I stand up. This helped even after the first stretch! And it doesn't hurt me in the process, it just feels great. Thank you!

    I have been suffering with back pain & sciatica for years and have been doing some of these exercises & some different ones from the clinic - regularly every morning. Sometimes when I cannot get up out of bed, I do these in bed and it really helps me to actually get out of bed...but my lower back pain on my left is constant for some reason and has restricted me doing lots of activities but I still try. Thank you for showing some of the exercises which I have not seen before; I shall add them to my morning routine 🙏

    Thanks, Coach Kim! I’ve got severe low back pain due to scoliosis in my lumbar, and these exercises work wonders to help stretch the muscles and relieve some of the pain. The “knee across” stretch in particular leads to almost instantaneous relief! Stretching is magic for sure. Thanks again! :)

      Good question? I'm not sure what a yoga mat is for, except nonslip, or do passive laying on mattress? Exercises for injuries is another great site as well ☕

    Thank you for sharing your video. I am suffering with lower back pain all the way down to my lower spine by my butt. I fell off a ladder and fractured my lower spine by my butt. I fell directly on my butt. My lower back is full of arthritis. I've been suffering with sciatica in my right butt cheek all the way down my leg. I searched for exercises for sciatica and back pain. I came upon your video. I started yesterday. I did 3 separate sessions. I'm not kidding I had relief last night. I woke up this morning in alot less pain. Thank you so very much for helping me.❤

    I’m only 18 and have sciatica kind crazy to me but, you can technically get it at any age. I scheduled a physical therapy appointment, so I’m hoping they can help totally eliminate the pain but I’ve made my own little routine to help ease the pain until then this video I do morning and night just because of how intense the pain is I also ice and heat my back which doing both seems to be more beneficial than just doing one. This video I only started today but I felt some relief after doing it twice today I’ll update yall in a week

    thank you this felt so good after I did it. I picked up my grandbaby February 24 and it changed my life. Well a lot of things changed my life, but I was in such severe pain. I went to two emergency rooms at one point I used a massage gun, which is really what I believe sent me to the emergency room and then secondly I lifted something again after I injured it once either way I’m going to be getting an MRI just to make sure because my knees somewhat numband so I have some pain. I’m better now, but these feel great.

    I really can’t say enough about how these stretches have changed my life. I know they won’t be “life altering” to everyone because fitness isn’t a one-size fits all, but these soothed me and loosened me up in just the right places and I’m back to doing hiit workouts and running. 🙏

    Thank you!! I have just become the biggest fan of yoga. I recently had my first bad sciatica attack. Yoga has been the only thing that's worked. Should have tried this first before a chiropractic regimen.

    I have had sciatica nerve damage for 12 years at the age of 38. Yesterday morning I woke up and my back was sore and stiff my hips and my legs I could barely walk by the end of the day or stand up or even sit up longer than a couple of minutes. I took a Tylenol 3 with codeine and put on several icy Hot patches. Doing your exercises this morning has allowed me to feel more fluid. Thank you.
