      I was a Sciatica sufferer for almost 7 months. I was a bit skeptical but I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything to get a good nights sleep.     Who would have thought RUclips and this video saved my life. There wasn't a pill,or a doctor or treatment that helped me..20 minutes a day when I woke up watching and doing this video turned my life around and cleared up my sciatica pain in a week.when I say pain, my life has become utter hell. When your not feeling well all aspects of your life are damaged..I now wake up energized and looking forward to doing these quickly and easy warm ups in the morning.. truly a life saver, I recommend this work out to any one with sciatica pain .     Ive been to the e.r and have $6000 in medical bills and all I got was some pain meds that make me bleed when I go to the bathroom and I still couldn’t walk the next day...this free exercise video gave me more relief then going to the emergency room and all it cost was 19 min of my life... you guys deserve to be big thank you for the video, much respect.

      I have very bad sciatica, the pain runs from my outta thigh all the way up my back..Very painful. I have to try these exercises. Hope it helps 🙏🙏

    I’m here in 2022 and started doing these workouts about 4 days ago. I wasn’t able to walk last week because of sciatica pain but now I’m back up and moving and if i feel a small pain come back I just right back to the stretches and it helps me immediately! Thank you both so much! You have no idea how much this has helped me recover!

      Omg I'm right where you were! Excruciating pain! Can't walk, can't get comfortable sitting or lying down. I'm going to attempt these stretches as soon as the pain subsides a little bit. Waiting for naproxen to kick in.

    I suffer from sciatic nerve pain off and on. I woke up the morning at 3:30 in pain, I started doing stretched I’ve learned through therapy and continued searching for other techniques and came across this. I did the whole workout/stretch and this will now be my daily routine. Thank you so much for posting this: this was a huge help and I can’t thank you both enough

    It has been a blessing for me to come across this video, I have been suffering from sciatica since 2011. I could not walk properly due to pain , stiffness and tingling at the back of my knees, I have been doing this excercizes for a week now and I am feeling much better and I am gaining strength in my mobility.     I have really bad sciatic pain. Yesterday morning the pain was so bad, I found this video and followed it in the morning after waking up, and at night before going to sleep. I feel so grateful with you guys, today i woke up feeling way better and I did it again!
    This is going to become my routine so i wont feel that pain again.

    Perfect workout for sciatica. My sciatica flare up couple of days ago was really bad. I couldn't walk with my left leg because of excruciating pain radiating from my back to my foot, and had to use a cane. After 2x a day for 2 days doing the 18 minute HASfit exercises for sciatica, now I can walk comfortably without a cane and with minimal pain. I'll continue doing this routine until all pain is gone. It really works and I don't need to take meds for the pain which is fantastic. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia.

      Hello @@garima306 and thank you for asking. I'm feeling much better. I did a combination of ice therapy, OTC anti inflammatories, tens/ems therapy, rest and finally the stretching. I was much better within a few days and completely better in a week's time. I hope you're feeling better as well. I'm going to keep doing the stretching so hopefully I won't get back to such a terrible place. Best wishes!

      Same here, got hurt on Labor Day, back pain, barely can walk, sit, or stand. My wife told me about this video, try it on that night, it definitely not a fun work out the first 5 mins, but then after the 5th mins, I felt I can move a bit more. Today is my 3rd day, and I have been doing this exercise twice a day so far. I am back on the road with my wife to walk the dog 3 times a day, and I can sit and stand fine. Still have a little tense feeling here and there, but I am sure by the end of the week, this exercise will heal me completely. You guys rocks!!

    What a magic . I call these exercises pure magic. Sciatica pain on my left leg and hip was new to me. I had no clue why and how this pain started. It was excruciating pain which I never felt before. Someone told me that it might be Sciatica pain.
    So I came across this video and OMG it's magic. My pain got reduced in couple days and then it vanished in couple weeks.
    So on the second and the third day, it got down to 40 percent then in a week or got down to 50 percent. Then in 12 to 14 days the pain was down to 80 percent. Today is my 16th day and now it's almost over
    The beauty of this magical exercise is that you feel the stretch, the pain reduction in just two days.
    You can feel that it's stretching exactly at the spot where the pain exists...
    THE PIGEON EXERCISE IS THE BEST. ITS MY FAVOURITE. YOU CAN FEEL THE STRETCH. ITS LITTLE PAIN FUL IN THE FIRST TWO DAYS BUT THE PAIN VANISHES

    I've been having stabbing pains in my left leg for a week now. Almost constantly. Most likely sciatica. I did this exercise routine once and the pain was reduced by 95 %. Definitely worth it! Thank you

    Yoooo i did this very first time and felt instant relief had been going through it for like 2 weeks! Dr visits shots oral steriods and they forget to tell u to stretch! Anybody who worried and feeling lost plzzzz try this im literally on day 2 and feel like im 90 percent better this shit worked like magic!!!! Keep goin dont give up

      Yes brother surely u can lift even u can lift heavy.. can check my RUclips channel @itsallaboutfitness96 where I squat heavy often 😅... But I have limited my deadlift either I don't go heavy or just skip it doing some heavy machines tbars ... Conclusion: just give time, take rest ,do this wonderful 18 min stretch & boom ur back will return to beast training 💪🏻...... Also it has been ducking 5 years since I commented 😭 also let me know this helped u or not ☺️

      For sure bro u can lift even lift heavy after recovery..can see my youtube channel @itsallaboutfitness96 where I often lift heavy squats and so on ..but I have limited my deadlift or either lift it light weighted... Conclusion: Take rest , do this wonderful 18 min stretch & boom ur back is ready for beast training 💪🏻🤝🏻...

      Omg! I am so happy to hear this that you are better. Can you please tell me how long you had sciatic pain issues? I have this for the last 6 months the pain was so bad. I was crying everyday. It felt a little better for 3 weeks and now it has flared up really bad again I am crying can't sleep at night. Hoping to get this heal and don't have to get injection or surgery.

    This is my fourth day doing this routine and I can’t express enough thanks! The last time my sciatic flared up I couldn’t walk for 4 weeks, I’m moving freely and was moving freely the last two days. This works, stick to and you’ll feel better

    I wish to express my heartiest gratitude to you for these exercises. I have sciatica pain since 2017 and it keeps coming back on a regular basis. I got the worst pain ever 4 days ago. I could barely walk and every movement was very painful. I was in bed most of the time. My husband had to hold me while I tried to walk. No medicines, no ointments worked. This morning, I found your video and I immediately did those exercises in my bed. And I could already feel the pain reducing considerably. I tried to come out of bed and I could stand without any pain. I tried to walk without holding my bedside and the wall. I kept my back straight and I could actually walk without any pain and climb the stairs easily. It just felt like a miracle. At this moment, I don't feel any pain anymore and I have done the exercises twice already. Thank you so much.

    This video has been a life saver. I was worried of my upper left leg because it caused me pain that I could hardly walk and I have work the following day. Thankfully, the difference was amazing. The pain gradually got away. ❤

    Thank you for this! I have multiple desiccated discs and these exercises helped me along the way. First few sessions made my leg pain worse but after a couple more stretching, it gradually reduced the pain. Encouraging everyone for those with having difficulty to trust the process. Stay healthy be patient. We will all get our lives back to normal. 🌻🌻🌻

    Like many other commentators, I was struggling with sciatica pain for a few weeks. It got to the point where I couldn't sit at all. I could lie down or stand up. I was pacing around my apartment and utterly miserable. Monday I found this video and after doing it twice a day...and the improvement in only 5 days is astounding! This is such a helpful routine! I like that it's less than 20 minutes as it makes it easy to fit into the day. Thank you so much!!! 💜💜💜

    OMG! I just stumbled across this site as I was looking for some kind of relief from my lower back and sciatica pain. I have not been able to sleep or sit comfortably for at least a year without unbearable pain. I noticed a difference after the first round of these exercises.     That was my first workout with Sciatica in my left leg and lower back! The pain is still quite severe because I’m having problems sitting as well as sleeping in bed. The pain stayed with me for just over two month then went away for 3 weeks and now it’s back again even more sore than it was last time. I willing however keep trying the exercise to try and get some relief. Thank you

      same thing happened to me. I had this pain started few months ago but it was not that painful as it used to stay for a day or two in period of 1 week or so. I was able to walk and sit properly but little pain while sleeping. Then pain went away for 3 months and now it's back and now i am not able to walk properly, sitting and sleeping is worse. I am 22 y/0

      @@russellahmedlikhon4110 Although the Pain has calmed down a little I am still having problems when I wake up in the morning when it is most sore. Maybe because of my bed posture as I sleep.
      However I have had a couple of Massage treatments which really helped but after a nights sleep the pain was back again the next Morning. Apart from the Excercises I have been doing by watching You Tube Therapists I find that going for a long walk earlier in the day is the best kind of treatment for Sciatica.

    I literally am in tears of joy, I was in so much pain and I happened to find this video just now and did the routine and felt instant relief 😭 I just left the hospital and there was nothing they could do but this brought instant relief after I completed it and I did it while in the bed lol thank you so much for this video!!

    I've been suffering from siatic pain since my teens. It's gotten progressively worse since I started working seven years back, since it gets triggered with daily activities. I've been doing this video since the last year and I cannot tell you how it relieves my pain within the same day. No doctors, no painkillers and no exercises have worked as effectively and simply as this set has. I'll always be grateful to you. I've also begun exercising thru your videos now

    I am 75 and work part time at a school. Last year, I was in such misery due to sciatica pain. My visits to the chiropractor was expensive with short lived relief. I searched RUclips and found your 18 minute Hasfit sciatica stretches. I made my husband, 72 years old, try this with me. Sure, we groaned and complained but we stuck with it. We do a morning session, daily, rarely missing a day. I am so much better as he is. He has had major knee surgeries during his 33 years as a firefighter but he is getting some relief from that pain, too. Yes, I still work at the school and doing much better. Nobody guesses I am 75 and my lead classroom assistant tells me I work circles around the younger assistants. Thank you for your contribution to my 'new' me.

    I have been suffering from sciatica since 8 months. Went for physiotherapy but in vain. Today I have come across this video by passing 100s of videos. Comments here are so much motivating. I have done these technique for the first time today. I hope I get fine with time. If my progress gets enhanced day by day I will come here to comment back after 15 days if it affects my pain to get away. Let's see what happens. Everybody here are like family having same problems. We are together and we must fight it.

    Oh my God, this was fantastic. I've had back trouble for the past couple months, last week felt it was developing to sciatica. On my way to work, I felt numbness in my left leg & my foot got pins&needles. Just did this & I was able to get off the floor with no pain. Already this had helped relieve a lot of tension.       @@NansGlobalKitchen I pray no one has it worst pain and it took me 1 month to start walking normaly fisrt 2 weeks the worst , but from 3rd week I started regular excersise and started to feel better just push yourself to do those exercise get a good mattress ... its been 3/4 months now I still feel little back pain in the morning also I am still continuing those exercise.

    Hip Bursitis
    I want to thank you for your stretching videos, especially the 18 minute Sciatic. My diagnosed problem was hip bursitis. The prescribed exercises were uneven, treating only the injured hip. I started having other issues. I found your 18 minute Sciatic stretching and have been doing it every morning for almost a year, and have no further hip issues whatsoever. Although the two sides feel completely different, there is no more pain or walking issues.

    I'm suffering from a protrusion at my l4 l5s1, I had a Laminoctimy in 2012 for a work injury. My pain was controlled until recently. However for about three months my right foot from heel to middle sole is 75% numb. Proceeding this I had horrible sciatica and was prescribed Gabapentin. This seemed to help a little. I tried a steroid injection that didn't help and my doctor is telling me I have few options. Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and surgery. He also told me most surgeon's wont do the procedures due to scar tissue. I'm hoping beyond hope I can get the feeling back in my foot and heal this horrible pain and disabilitation. It's been hell to say the least. I'm going to give it 110% though, and beat this! Thank you for the video.

    I m a Zumba Instructor...A mth earlier d sciatic pain was so bad that i was unable to getup from d bed....Dr's told to quit Zumba I was like dont take away my breathe ...but...It's almost mth now due to ur this video i m free from my sciatica pain n again back to my routein taking my regular Zumba Classess. Even my Dr is surprised about, actually he even told me to do MRI scan @ that stage of my Pain....

    Hi new subscriber here, I came across your video and started these sciatica stretches they seem to be helping me so much. I had a total hip replacement 4 months ago and had PT for 3 months when this sciatic problem started. The stretches I was taught at PT were not helping me. These seem to be my speed, because I also have severe lumbar scoliosis and appreciate you saying “only go as far as your comfortable and without pain” thank you.

    i had sciatica for 2 months, been on pain killers & they were not even working but I have been doing these stretches for the last 2 days & it has really helped be out. I have not taken the medicines again. Was thinking of getting an MRI done, was even thinking to undergo nerve block surgery on it. I know how bad pain sciatica is. thank you so much guys. god bless you both. Will continue doing these stretches, i don't want it to come back because i was literally limping while walking, could not take turns on bed freely. whatever position you are in the pain doesn't go away but been feeling really good after these stretches.

    I am a retired nurse and had back issues for as long as i can remember. Now , these exercises are the best. I do it 4 times a week. Their other fitness exercises are also excellent. They are the safest ones. Thank you for sharing your videos.

    I had very bad case. Almost crippled. I have been doing this exercise for about 6 months. Very difficult at the beging but it was getting better and easier by the days. Now l am standing straight. Pains has reduced drastically. Sometimes l do it twice daily. Much more better with more confidence. l am living a better quality life.

    I had sciatica post kidney stone surgery, not sure it’s something related to the surgery or anaesthesia in spinal. One of the worst pain in my life and I am feel really sorry for those who’ve experienced/ experiencing it. I gently recovered and it took me 45 days. I still feels the pain sometimes but it’s never worse during the period I had severe sciatica. Whoever reading this.. please don’t loose hope. You will definitely make it and I will pray for all of them who suffered. God bless

    This workout is amazing. So short and simple but super effective! I had sciatica so badly that I could hardly walk and I was in a lot of discomfort. I did this before bed and my pain had subsided by 70%. Two nights in a row and in the morning, I was completely pain free with full range of motion back in my legs. Incredible!

      @@prashantjaiswal2588 Hello! Thinking back, I can't recall exactly where the pain was located that made it difficult to walk (I have not experienced it since). My typical sciatica discomfort would be in my thigh and buttocks. When it occasionally begins to flare up, I do this video to eliminate it and it never becomes debilitating.

    I’ve had this pain for 3 weeks and the minute I did this and followed up with a low impact 20 minute HIIT my pain went from a level 9/10 to a 1/2. Amazing! Will be keeping this in my back pocket and will continue doing these stretches weekly. Thanks so much!

    Having suffered from lower back pain and sciatica, from Gymnastics, for over 20 years these stretches have changed everything. Started running and the pain was excruciating ... after 2 weeks of these stretches I am able to continue running and did a 10k last weekend. Also really enjoy your other workouts when not running.     I got my diagnosis of Piriformis Syndrome yesterday, found this video today, and I already feel a difference. Obviously this sort of thing isn’t fixed in a day, but you at least got me to the point where I can stand up long enough to make my lunch for tomorrow, and for that alone you have my undying gratitude. I’ll definitely be back here watching this video every day for the foreseeable future ❤
    UPDATE: This video may not have fixed me in a day, but it fixed me in about a week! I caught my problem really early, so I was able to basically just stretch it out-I skipped this video for a few days in a row after that, and now that I’m starting to feel uncomfortable again (too much sitting at work, that’s what caused this in the first place!) I’m back here to stretch my problem away again. Thanks so much for making this video!

    These stretches have helped me tremendously. Before I came across this video my back would lock up with the simplest tasks. After 5 weeks of doing these stretches It has loosened those muscle and reduced the pain In my back as well as the pain running down my left leg. A Thousand Thanks!!!

It was devastating, but I found you guys online and my leg feels much better and I can already, after less than a month, walk 3x longer without having to stop and rest. And I love the back and forth.     Amazing! I have been suffering from sciatica for 20 years. All the doctors have done was to prescribe me pain killers or useless therapies. Nothing has worked except for a few hours relief. Recently I came upon this site thru google research. When I started the exercise it was like a miracle. Within two days the pain was gone and so was the cain which I used to help me walk. Dear instructor, I can't thank you enough for this gift to people who suffer from sciatic pain around the world. God bless you.

    I keep this video in my regular rotation and whenever I feel a little grumbling from my lower back, I immediately do this and feel relief. I highly recommend doing this 3x a week for maintenance and every single day when you have a flare-up. I had a herniated disc that caused terrible pain down my right leg for almost 3 months. Ice, heat, slow walking every day (2 miles), TENS machine therapy, Epsom salt bath, and this routine are the way to go for all of you suffering out there. Know that full recovery IS possible if you are patient. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia for this amazing routine!

    Thankyou ever so much 3-4 weeks of nerve pain in my left leg started in my glutes.I exercise weekly under a physiotherapist and was amazed at the problems the catscan found in my spine .My glutes have been the issue on/ off for a while but I am 77 and age can be the issue.Nothing has worked when the doc mentioned spinal injections I became nervous but worried about my lack of sleep.First night without pain I am sure it’s these exercises after 3 days .So very happy.❤😊
