    I experienced chronic undiagnosed Sciatica pain down left side leg for over 12mths, could hardly walk, MRIs did not show anything, multiple physio & chiro appointments, as well as pain medication without relief. I gave coach Kozak & Claudia a try & through regular stretching, I am pain free. I also join in on their weight & fitness sessions. I have highly recommended to family & friends.

      Maam did you take any medicines? Im almost 4 yrs feelin this, also could hardly walk and X-rays, MRI's didn't work also. I wanna be free from this pain🥺🥹

    I am a 74 year old women still doing mountain biking with a lot of climbing Have been having this problem on my right leg for a couple of months now i tried this exercises and after a while with some deep massaging and arnica oil it worked
    Now i do this every time after my cycling. Thank you so much

      Hey thanks so much for asking. I had an MRI scan and turns out the sciatica was being caused by a slipped disc! I’m having physio and had an injection so things are looking good

    Came across this video after suddenly having back pain from a sedentary job (1st time in 35 yrs)... started seeing a chiropractor who couldn't pinpoint a specific diagnosis but definitely helped with pain and mobility. Lost my job and could not afford to go anymore and the pain increased significantly. Began doing low impact workouts to assist with strengthening. This video gave me immediate relief after waking up (sitting and lying down hurts me the most).. thank you if you read this lol VA sucks!

    I’m usually skeptical about things like this, but I was pretty desperate. I’ve been doing this routine for about a week every morning after coffee. My sciatic pain has nearly evaporated. Thank you! I plan on continuing this !

    great little set for building back my leg muscles. i havn't been able to do normal cardio without hurting myself thanks to my desk job. this has been really great for getting back on the treadmill!

    To all who are reading this or questioning doing this exercise it works! I’ve had a lower back problem for 6 months with it progressively getting worse so I tried this for two days expected immediate improvement I did not so I came back and tried it again through the pain I’m on day 5 of doing it every day and I can say I didn’t think I would get better I feel finally hopeful ❤ Thank you Hasfit for posting this video for us!     I call this a miracle exercise suffering from sciatica pain my lower back hurt, my upper right butt joint and my legs cramps struggling to stand up. But by doing these comprehensive exercises 4x a week, in just 4 weeks all my pain gone. Thanks for sharing your expertise!

    I absolutely love this video! I’ve tried several others to deal with SI joint pain and low back pain, but nothing compares to this! I have done it almost daily for 3 weeks now. Happy to say, it feels like my entire world has changed!! As a former long-distance runner, athlete, and equestrian, I have suffered for many years with Pain. But this video is a concise, comprehensive, and safe one to follow. The exercises are easy to follow, plus it’s enjoyable to watch. I love the connection you both share, And also the format.     I actually ruptured L4-L5 in ‘07 that required surgery to remove the disc portion that had squished out compressing the nerve on my right side. I could barely walk 50 ft without extreme pain. Over the years since the surgery, I’ve done a number of stretching routines, often “falling off the wagon” for periods once it started feeling decent again. In these cases the original nerve damage and resultant disc compression is irreversible, it will never feel completely normal. However, these sciatic and low back stretches that you’ve put together are some of the best I’ve come across. My wife actually found your videos and we’ve become big fans. What I can say is that months of stretching has at least allowed me to basically hold steady. We do a lot of cardio and band/dumbbell strength videos to stay fit in our senior years, mostly step, power walking, intervals, etc videos, with some cardio kickboxing types every so often. Without the stretching routines, I’d be in a world of hurt. At times I feel my left side starting to burn like my right side did before the pain got really bad. With a combo of stretching, rest, and exercise I’ve been able to at least stay fairly fit while keeping my disc/sciatic nerve from holding me back. Depending on the cause, nerve pain may never completely disappear, but in many cases it can be mitigated and at a minimum kept from worsening.     Ive been doing this every day for about 7 days solid. I am so pleased about the results. overstrained my back and caused a severe bout of sciatica numbness to calf and bottom of my left foot, hip and hamstring very tender and sore. i also had operations on my left hip rearranging my muscles around there, which has reduced my gluts making me vulnerable. This work out has really worked and i am smiling again. Many Many Thanks.

    Honestly, I've had horrible hip pain for many months. It may have started as bursitis but I've developed sciatica. After my first round it was nearly gone. 2 days and it pretty much is. I'm a runner and have had issues on and off due to tightness. This was nothing short of miraculous.

    Iv been doing this routine for almost a week. Now as my pain moves some days i cant do some of the stretches very well, but over all it seems to be helping which is great since the VA has like a 3 week wait list to get in to Physical Therapy 😑
    Edit: its May 7, 2024 this routine i can tell its helping keep at it. If you see this keep it up it really does help. ❤

I have been suffering from severe sciatica pain and slip disc from 3 months now. Consulted many doctors, had all kinds of NSAIDs, Steroids and muscle relaxants but nothing worked.     I had a car accident had sciatic pain and did exercises PT and got better. Out if the blue pain came back and seeing this routine I’m doing it and hope it helps. I’m not sure why it comes back after sticking with exercise and strength training but so glad for your videos

    I am in so much pain but your channel just came up and watched the whole program while heating my backside and legs. I have had 2 knee replacements and it feels odd to go on my knees so I shall skip the last one. Thank you both and I appreciate your help.

    just come across your later exercise workout for sciatic pain relief and it is great. I have used your earlier 18min workout in the past when suffering with a spell of sciatica. I do go to the gym and yoga classes but this is a great additional workout. I will use the 18min and 20mins workouts regularly to keep the sciatica at bay. Thanks again

    Thanks for this rehab exercises. The way you drive us trough the exercises is so nice and relax I love it. I think that the comments of the Kady and the different tone don’t add up to the mellow and nice male. Once that leads so well. She could abstain of commenting or get into the flow of the male voice. It would help. Thanks again for the sequence and leading me trough it. I feel better just doing one time I will be doing this routine till I feel 100% well. Thanks again.

      For 3 days ??? And you did this exercise in full only once a day ?? I ask bc I did this 1st thing in the morning, it's afternoon as I type this but I'm not sure if I can do this again twice in one day. I don't feel pain or discomfort. Not sure if I should do it twice a day

    You two are amazing for putting this information out there. I have had sciatic pain for a while, the stretching I was doing was not so well. Your stretches are working wonders on me.

    Hello there, your stretching techniques definitely relieve the sciatic pain. Thanks a lot. I am having a doubt which exercises should I do to lose weight and gain muscle 💪 strength in such a way that it doesn't hurt my sciatic nerve. I am doing sun salutations, regular pushups, lunges, plank(1.5 min), bench dips on regular basis but in somedays I feel pain.
