I've dealt with sciatica on and off for 2 years. The pain was so bad this time. It radiated down to my ankle bone. Within 2 days of these exercises the pain is now moving always from my ankle up to my calf now. Major improvement!
So happy that you make these videos. They are my daily routine for back pain. Any chance you could make a hip impingement routine? All I can find are people explaining and talking about it. You guys get to the point and get it done. 😊

I am in terrible health and suffer from chronic sciatica down my left side, but I was able to do all the exercises and finish the video, which almost never happens. I'm glad you picked exercises that are actually possible with severe pain. I will do this every day and see where it takes me.
@@Tradeandgrowrich Unfortunately no, mine is so severe that I've been referred to a surgical team, it has gotten a lot worse in the past 2 months and my back specialist told me not to do these exercises as I will hurt myself more, he said they're only useful for mild to moderate symptoms, not severe.
