    Having been recently hurt my shoulder joint doing the HIIT with weights, I wasn't able to do much this past week. This stretching is something that felt really nice to do. Thank you for keeping us motivated!

    Never been able to do a 'page turner' on the floor, my shoulders are very very tight; this kneeling version is amazing for me!!!!!!! Thanks for that streching session!

    what should be done for stiffness? left part of my body is stiff from neck to shoulder till my foot, my left

    Good morning 😊. Thank you so much for this video❣️ I tried it for the 1st time after one of your 20 mins. sciatica pain relief exercise video. This was a perfect follow up and I feel tired but excited I completed both. I had to stay laying down as my body adjusted after both videos. I enjoyed and tried to keep my form which was challenging at times. I saved to do again 👍🏽😃.

    Would you be so kind to post a whole body/hour daily flexibility routine to avoid the body to rust? I am thinking a drill that avoid my body to oxidize! I am 61, pretty active all my life but recently noticing less flexibility Since I have a low back pain ( currently doing your lower back routine for pain relief and rehabilitation) maybe your lovely wife could perform a less demanding exercises and once I recover hopefully copy you Grateful!!!

    I just did one of your workouts and I was really disappointed not in the workout but with all the ads. I finally just stopped and started a different one. I workout 6 days a week and I don’t have that issue with any of them.
