It is a smashing exclusive guide for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got excellent results with it.
There are a few tips for ways to treat sciatica : Use Chiropractor Spinal Adjustments. Use Yoga and Stretching. Consider using Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. Don't site for Long Periods, keep Moving! Use Heat Pads. (I read these and the reasons they work on Zavrins Back Guide website )

Almost Everything for me, it took 1 month. And it’s not like it doesn’t come back, if you stay ideal for too long like if you have 9 to 5 job on a chair , u will get the pain little, but it’s a lot of improvement from where I couldn’t do stay anywhere for 1 min also. Like I don’t get any kind of back pain if I lay down and do nothing for 2-3-4 hours and I could never imagine something like that. And also that doesn’t mean you leave exercise after 1 month. Do continue cox this will only improve your body in long term. I made this a part of my lifestyle now . Half and hour a day for this. Hope you heal too!! Sending love and prayers !!
your videos changed my life... i can do all the tree falling, wood sawing and splitting and 650 sq meters of gardening i need to do on my ranch without suffering because i no longer have any back pain thanks to this and the old version of this video. i keep doing the video just to stay limber now.. the pain has been gone for months. thank you so much

Just found you guys on RUclips and enjoying your workouts ... Just finished your back stretching exercises and your kettle bell workout. I am 70 years old in fairly OK shape physically but I do have COPD which slows me down a bit. I find your workouts to be very accommodating. I do two or three of them every day. Thank you and keep up the good work. It’s young people like you that’s going to keep us older citizens moving.
I've been in such a bad mood today that hearing you say you're proud of us made me tear up mid workout hahaha. Thank you so much for having this video up for free. Thanks so much for this. I'm only 28 and I let my lower back get to a really bad point this year, just an insane amount of tightness, stiffness and pain, I was already starting to feel like an "old man" (to the point where I was having trouble standing and walking after sitting in the car for awhile). It was quite frankly giving me a bleak outlook for my future. Combination of poor posture at home and manual labor at work compounding on a minor injury from a few years ago. I've been doing the stretch routine daily for maybe about 10 days now and the full routine a few times a week. Saving my life, I'm confident that I'll be limber and pain free again within a couple of months at most. Making excellent progress. Can't thank you enough, also appreciate the positivity and support throughout the routine.

@HASfit just wanted to give an update. I've still been doing the stretching routine daily. I've admittedly been lazy and haven't been doing the strengthening routine but even so, my pain is almost completely gone, I'd honestly rate it at 5% or less of what I was previously experiencing. The stiffness is also mostly gone. I work 10 hour shifts on my feet all day and it gets a little stiff at work still but this clears me right back up. I feel fantastic and dealing with the pain also improved my mood in a huge way. So thank you. Anyone watching this wondering if it's worth trying: JUST DO IT! Don't expect instant results, you probably didn't ruin your back in a day and you won't fix it in a day either but just stick with it.
@@Azizi1163 My back was feeling GREAT up until just this month when it got tight while I was doing some house chores, LOL. So it was good for a couple of years. But I had been sitting inactive a lot more than usual for a couple of weeks leading up to that point and I stopped doing the stretches a long time ago since I was feeling great (big mistake I guess, should have kept stretching anyway). Really random unexpected injury, but I'm back on this video again trying to fix this because back pain is just god awful. My advice would be to keep stretching at least a few times a week even if you're feeling good - ESPECIALLY if you're sitting a lot.

It is a good one of a kind guide for discovering how to naturally kill any kind of back pain without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 at last got amazing success with it.
I was going to a chiropractor every time my back would act up and I would always ask him for an exercise for my low back pain and he only would tell me to sit on my bed and bend over. Then he would pummel my back with the things that they do. It was always a waste of time and money. Now that I have faithfully been doing this workout for a month now I am feeling better than ever and I am telling people that this works. Thank you.
Thank you so much. I was in terrible pain both in my lower back and hip. After 3 weeks of your routine which I repeated every other day, I am finally pain free. To those of you who are suffering, try this and don’t give up. It really helped me a lot. Gentle daily walks also help.
Many many thanks to both of you for your straight forward exercises which actually work, I damaged my back earlier this year & my nephew who is also a physio recommended your workouts. I have also been recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hips so am now combining back & hip workouts. I'm a 55 yr old man who has had back problems for years.I recently injured my back playing football (I know!).I was prescribed Naproxen and Diazipam to stop the muscle spasms.I was in pain!! I followed the back rehab workout and apart from not being able to do one exercise initially as it caused my back to spasm-the program has been FANTASTIC! It loosened my back muscles and after a week the back spasms stopped.After two weeks of doing the routine every other day my back is fine and I am feeling confident that if I do the routine regularly it will prevent me from back problems in the future.Many thanks to the coach and Claudia(I'm only doing Claudia's moves!)Even if you're in pain-try it-it worked for me!

6 consecutive days of going through this routine and my lower back pain is massively reduced and I am able to get further into each move. Brilliant routine - really works! After this routine, the pain actually reduces throughout the day rather than getting worse. Each morning is a little bit better. After finishing the routine, my lower back feels mildly irritated but no worse than the severe pain I was feeling originally. Thank you.

I do stretch, endurance or strength exercises for 30 min almost every day. I am a 69 yr old woman. Twice a week I follow HASFit. Love the dumbbell workouts! A few days ago I put my back out hoeing my garden. Found this segment for back pain. Feel good right now hopefully it will last all day. Glad I could get still get a workout instead of sitting on the couch. 😊
Those with back pain know what a depressing, miserable, vicious cycle it can be. You stop working out because of the pain and then you gain weight because you're not working out which makes the back pain even worse. It's not hyperbole to say that this video has really changed my life. In the few weeks that I have been doing it, it has gotten me from barely being able to stand up straight to heading back to the gym. I couldnt agree with you more. I recently got in a car accident and have been wobbling around like Quasimodo (haha) and its either you sit around and feel miserable or do this and help yourself out. So many people have the misconception that because of back pain you're supposed to stop moving around but its the opposite... with a combination of my chiro therapy and this I hope I can go back to my normal self. You are a life saver, I had a lower disc bulge and I was suffering from severe back pain. I started following you guys from 2013. At that time I couldn't sit for long and working in the office was a nightmare. All I did was follow your video for a month and in the evening some hot press with some auurvedic oil massage (murivenna) on the lower back to reduce the swelling. Now I am able to do my sports and back as normal. And whenever the pain appear I play your video and follow for a week and back to normal. I used to have such awful back pain that it would wake me up throughout the night. After a week of doing this stretch/strengthening every day, I began to sleep through the night. Love how you can just follow along with this workout. A lot of others show you the exercises and then tell you how many to do, so you have to constantly stop the video. Just started this yesterday and will do these every morning in the hope to strengthen my lower back.

I am profoundly grateful to you for this healing workout. I try to do it at least 3 times a week. My sciatica pain disappears whenever I am regular! Im 71 and usually very active. I had back surgery 15 years ago. lately I have been in so much pain. Went to pain doctor for shots in my spine. Still lots of pain. Started the 28 min exercise for two days, feeling so much better. Thank you. Will be looking for knee exercises, hope you have some. I also had a knee replacement in 2020 and I will probably getting the other one this year. Thank you for great videos.

Excellent video! I am a 54 year-old Martial Artist and an Engineer, you've save my lower right side back pain "Sciatica". Here I'm commenting and coming back after 10 years to the only video that changed my life. Save yourself money and time and follow this routine. I would rather do this routine for the rest of my life than ingesting unknown medicine for the rest of my life.
@@arrahaj5887 Yes, now it is manageable with these exercises. I do some modifications sometimes. When I see pain increase with exercises, I stop the stretch and do only strengthening, then after 2 or 3 weeks, i bring back the stretchs to the routine.
Your exercises have been incredibly helpful for me. I’ve noticed that they’ve removed about 75% of my back pain and relieved my pain. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and making such a valuable resource available. Keep up the great work!

This routine DID help me from Day one. I was in awful pain right after but it was worth it. AMAZING. My lower back pain is GONE. I'm sticking to this routine and trust me, it will be far less painful overtime, once you get the hang of it.

Hi coach.i was told from my neurosurgeon that I have to do microdiscectomy due to L5/s1 disc protrusion.i was having pain coming from the disc all the way to my foot.i was unable to stand ,walk and sleep even with pain relief medications.but I decided to loose weight and also try physiotherapy.those actions brought some changes but didn't totally destroy the pain .after I started your 25 minutes excersise,I am totally pain free and also my flexibility is a lot improved.i exercise almost everyday,sometimes twice a day.thank you very much ,I really appreciate.my question is ,how many times do I have to do the 25 minutes exercise in order to be fit and protect my back .

I had my lower back pain and I went to physiotherapy didn't help much, I took pain killer and put on ice pack hot pack didn't help too. I did tried many yoga for lower back pain still didn't help then I found this Hasfit, I tried once and it was like MAGIC my pain is gone! I did practice every second day then summer holiday I didn't do any more and my back get hurt again and I did again this exercise and yes, it is gone again the pain. I have come across this one looking for a way out of a lower back injury. I am a runner and have done a few marathons but my lower back is surely my weakest point throwing sciatica and all sort of pains at me. I have do this routine once today and I am very hopeful. I have done these exercises 2-3 times a week for over a year now. It has really helped my back problem. In this time I have had little pain and no times when I had a back strain, which usually took 3 weeks to recover from. I am now a mature student and I was worried how I would cope with doing a lot of sitting. These exercises have made a real difference! Thank you so much.

I'm only 28 and I let my lower back get to a really bad point this year, just an insane amount of tightness, stiffness and pain, I was already starting to feel like an "old man" (to the point where I was having trouble standing and walking after sitting in the car for awhile). It was quite frankly giving me a bleak outlook for my future. Combination of poor posture at home and manual labor at work compounding on a minor injury from a few years ago.
I've been doing the stretch routine daily for maybe about 10 days now and the full routine a few times a week. Saving my life, I'm confident that I'll be limber and pain free again within a couple of months at most. Making excellent progress. Can't thank you enough, also appreciate the positivity and support throughout the routine.

@HASfit just wanted to give an update. I've still been doing the stretching routine daily. I've admittedly been lazy and haven't been doing the strengthening routine but even so, my pain is almost completely gone, I'd honestly rate it at 5% or less of what I was previously experiencing. The stiffness is also mostly gone. I work 10 hour shifts on my feet all day and it gets a little stiff at work still but this clears me right back up. I feel fantastic and dealing with the pain also improved my mood in a huge way. So thank you.
Anyone watching this wondering if it's worth trying: JUST DO IT! Don't expect instant results, you probably didn't ruin your back in a day and you won't fix it in a day either but just stick with it.

@@Azizi1163 My back was feeling GREAT up until just this month when it got tight while I was doing some house chores, LOL. So it was good for a couple of years. But I had been sitting inactive a lot more than usual for a couple of weeks leading up to that point and I stopped doing the stretches a long time ago since I was feeling great (big mistake I guess, should have kept stretching anyway). Really random unexpected injury, but I'm back on this video again trying to fix this because back pain is just god awful. My advice would be to keep stretching at least a few times a week even if you're feeling good - ESPECIALLY if you're sitting a lot.

I was going to a chiropractor every time my back would act up and I would always ask him for an exercise for my low back pain and he only would tell me to sit on my bed and bend over. Then he would pummel my back with the things that they do. It was always a waste of time and money. Now that I have faithfully been doing this workout for a month now I am feeling better than ever and I am telling people that this works. Thank you.

Many many thanks to both of you for your straight forward exercises which actually work, I damaged my back earlier this year & my nephew who is also a physio recommended your workouts. I have also been recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hips so am now combining back & hip workouts. It makes such a difference especially as I am over 60 !! and all exercises are very manageable. you are STARS .
I'm a 55 yr old man who has had back problems for years.I recently injured my back playing football (I know!).I was prescribed Naproxen and Diazipam to stop the muscle spasms.I was in pain!! I followed the back rehab workout and apart from not being able to do one exercise initially as it caused my back to spasm-the program has been FANTASTIC! It loosened my back muscles and after a week the back spasms stopped.After two weeks of doing the routine every other day my back is fine and I am feeling confident that if I do the routine regularly it will prevent me from back problems in the future.Many thanks to the coach and Claudia(I'm only doing Claudia's moves!)Even if you're in pain-try it-it worked for me!

6 consecutive days of going through this routine and my lower back pain is massively reduced and I am able to get further into each move. Brilliant routine - really works! After this routine, the pain actually reduces throughout the day rather than getting worse. Each morning is a little bit better. After finishing the routine, my lower back feels mildly irritated but no worse than the severe pain I was feeling originally. Thank you.

I do stretch, endurance or strength exercises for 30 min almost every day. I am a 69 yr old woman. Twice a week I follow HASFit. Love the dumbbell workouts! A few days ago I put my back out hoeing my garden. Found this segment for back pain. Feel good right now hopefully it will last all day. Glad I could get still get a workout instead of sitting on the couch. 😊

Those with back pain know what a depressing, miserable, vicious cycle it can be. You stop working out because of the pain and then you gain weight because you're not working out which makes the back pain even worse. It's not hyperbole to say that this video has really changed my life. In the few weeks that I have been doing it, it has gotten me from barely being able to stand up straight to heading back to the gym. I couldnt agree with you more. I recently got in a car accident and have been wobbling around like Quasimodo (haha) and its either you sit around and feel miserable or do this and help yourself out. So many people have the misconception that because of back pain you're supposed to stop moving around but its the opposite... with a combination of my chiro therapy and this I hope I can go back to my normal self. You are a life saver, I had a lower disc bulge and I was suffering from severe back pain. I started following you guys from 2013. At that time I couldn't sit for long and working in the office was a nightmare.
All I did was follow your video for a month and in the evening some hot press with some auurvedic oil massage (murivenna) on the lower back to reduce the swelling.
Now I am able to do my sports and back as normal. And whenever the pain appear I play your video and follow for a week and back to normal.

I used to have such awful back pain that it would wake me up throughout the night. After a week of doing this stretch/strengthening every day, I began to sleep through the night. Love how you can just follow along with this workout. A lot of others show you the exercises and then tell you how many to do, so you have to constantly stop the video. Just started this yesterday and will do these every morning in the hope to strengthen my lower back.

Im 71 and usually very active. I had back surgery 15 years ago. lately I have been in so much pain. Went to pain doctor for shots in my spine. Still lots of pain. Started the 28 min exercise for two days, feeling so much better. Thank you.
Will be looking for knee exercises, hope you have some. I also had a knee replacement in 2020 and I will probably getting the other one this year.

@@arrahaj5887 Yes, now it is manageable with these exercises. I do some modifications sometimes. When I see pain increase with exercises, I stop the stretch and do only strengthening, then after 2 or 3 weeks, i bring back the stretchs to the routine.
Also heard that lamb fat tail is a great source of fat in the diet that help with Sciatica, and I'm including it in my diet now since 2 days.

This routine DID help me from Day one. I was in awful pain right after but it was worth it. AMAZING. My lower back pain is GONE. I'm sticking to this routine and trust me, it will be far less painful overtime, once you get the hang of it.

Hi coach.i was told from my neurosurgeon that I have to do microdiscectomy due to L5/s1 disc protrusion.i was having pain coming from the disc all the way to my foot.i was unable to stand ,walk and sleep even with pain relief medications.but I decided to loose weight and also try physiotherapy.those actions brought some changes but didn't totally destroy the pain .after I started your 25 minutes excersise,I am totally pain free and also my flexibility is a lot improved.i exercise almost everyday,sometimes twice a day.thank you very much ,I really appreciate.my question is ,how many times do I have to do the 25 minutes exercise in order to be fit and protect my back .

I had my lower back pain and I went to physiotherapy didn't help much, I took pain killer and put on ice pack hot pack didn't help too. I did tried many yoga for lower back pain still didn't help then I found this Hasfit, I tried once and it was like MAGIC my pain is gone! I did practice every second day then summer holiday I didn't do any more and my back get hurt again and I did again this exercise and yes, it is gone again the pain. I have come across this one looking for a way out of a lower back injury. I am a runner and have done a few marathons but my lower back is surely my weakest point throwing sciatica and all sort of pains at me. I have do this routine once today and I am very hopeful.
