I'm studying exercises for the elderly and found a great resource at Seniorcises (look it up on google)
Tried 3-4 times to sign up via the Patron link but continually getting an "Internal Error" message after I enter e-mail address x 2, password for google, accepted terms.

I feel so good after doing these exercises. I am 91 and like doing these to help stay in shape.
These will be my exercise while in Quarantine
I am a disabled person with limited movement in my legs and started these exercises a few days ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing these exercises and feel better already! This is going to be my daily routine from now on. Thank You.

Good workout for me. I started this this week. I was sick with neck pain and right scapula pain. But Jesus gave .me strength to do it hurting and all. But this morning I am less pain in my neck and scapula. Thank God for my daughter for sending me this connection. God continue to bless.you. guys. Thanks again!!

For me it's a good workout because I want to keep working out but my regular exercises left me in pain,injury to my hip after a automobile accident.I felt I hot a work out,actually worked up a sweat
I am 69, fit, play golf, tennis, Pickleball, swim, workout and I absolutely loved this workout. I was just searching for senior workout and I found you. I did this work out and I got to cross it off my list on a Sunday afternoon and now I’m done, for the day! thank you again for this awesome work out, I have become a faithful subscriber!

Winner of a video, been searching for "basic calisthenics routine for men" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Jamescan Calisthenics Caboshed - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin got amazing results with it.

I'm only 90 and from India. I had open-heart bypass surgery in 2014. I find this is good for me. About 2 months back I started. Initially, I was not regular, now trying to be regular -- 7 days a week -- sitting only now. I didn't consult any doctor before doing this. I feel better. Thank you a lot.

I love my morning routine with you. Many seniors have hip stiffness, and I'd love to see you do a video specifically for strengthening and mobilizing hip flexibility. I love that you have many videos to switch off with. It keeps things interesting. Good job, Hasfit!

I just started today and i feel great at 5:30 in the morning, gonna do at least 2 workouts a day, Ive had 4 spine fusions and this is the only exercise that doesnt make me hurt. love the senior workouts THANK YOU

I'm 78 but very active - work every day teaching and play in rock bands at night but due to the quarantine situation because of Covid 19 I'm stuck at home so am doing your exercises so that I don't seize up with inactivity. I'm 65 and I had been going to a silver sneaker program 6 months after back surgery after going for 6 months i had some serious feet and ankle issues and couldn't go anymore. I just found this and its great. Thank you!
I am almost 80 years old and never exercised. My legs are getting weak so I decided I needed to do something. I found you. Wonderful! I was tiring towards the end but will definitely do it again tomorrow.

good light work out that can done everyday and feel great, has a couple of stretches that other programs don't have this one is worth doing.
Thanks for your video. This is my favorite. I'm 76 and need a routine that makes exercise more fun than I think it is. I do this 20-minute one, trying to standardize 3 times a week, and then another 20 minutes on the ellipical with an ipad. Will try another of yours for 20-minutes for variety, but can't seem to move away from this one video. Haven't tried a 30-minute one, pleased with the variety, but the 30-minute ones seem to present a mental obstacle I haven't yet hurdled. I like your narratives and style, Coach Cossack, and also find that of your sidekick Claudia entertaining. Good team, so both keepers.

Such a tremendous overall workout weight-bearing, cardio, and stretch for seniors or people who are getting back to exercise. I especially like that he allows time to switch exercises and explains exactly how you should positioned for each standing exercise.

I have looked for many workouts but I loved the pace, the options and especially the encouragement that was so comforting. I was only going to do 10 min and finished the whole workout without it feeling like a chore. Excellent instructors - WAY TO GO!!

Thanks so much for preparing this. I am 71 healthy and fit and has been going to the gym since I retired 6 yrs ago. I have been researching trying RUclips videos that I can use at home, especially now that I am home weathering out the COVID-19. Now I found an excellent exercise routine that can substitute the gym. This is the best and all rounded work out video. Thanks for the friendly nice team of 2 who prepare this for us seniors.

Love your exercise videos! I’m a stroke survivor who can’t move fast enough to get my activity in to lose weight. You can only cut so many calories a day to get your weight down! Exercise is the next step and I can only do seated exercises . The Nih says about 20 minutes a day seven days a week is the recommended amount of aerobic exercise needed to lose weight and maintain health. Thank you so much for having this perfect length video I do every morning now safely seated and with modifications I make myself!
