Today is the first I do this. It's just magic my back pain gone. I have to sat for a long hours that's why I struggling with this. And because of this pain I am unable to study regularly. But finally I find this. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much 😊

Just a little update. I was having severe back pain since a year. Not even medicines helped me and then I came across this video. This is a life changer truly. I tried these yoga poses for a month now and I can say my back pain is almost vanished. Thank you very much. I wish you all well and hope ya’ll recover soon too.

I suffer two year from deppression becouse of my pcod and spinal cord injury and becouse of it I left my medical 2019,2020 2021 is very depresied time for me bt I overcome from from it because of my grattitude my meditation and my grandma helps me overcome from deppression sprituality have power of healing I hope sandeep maheshwari sir overcome from deprresion soon❣️❣️

I have been doing this for almost a month now..this does wonders trust me..I love how she explains each and every point with a reason why we are doing it that way..just amazing..also I like her soothing voice and complementing background music❤❤
I am almost a year postpartum and had intense lower back pain. I started this exercise routine first regularly and then intermittently. It has ben more than a month and this exercise routine has helped me heal my lower back to a great degree.
Bohot acha apne bataya mem....meri back pain kafi dino se ho raha tha koi bhi medicine....se fark nhi pada ..but really ...ise karne k baad I fell good for my back pain...

Update: It's magic for back pain. I was experiencing severe pain in my neck and shoulders and somr mild pain in my middle back, but now there's so much relief. Although I could not do it on a daily basis, but since watching this video, I am sleeping on a hard mattress on the floor, and it has definitely helped. Thanks again!!! 🙏😊🌺

It really helped to reduce my back pain to some extent, will continue for complete relief at the same time I started consuming home made laddoos for back pain so these both will work together and help to reduce that.

I had been diagnosed with compressed spine and told there was no solution other than pain killers. I felt as though I had aged 40 years and couldn’t do even normal daily activities without feeling excruciating pain.
