I am almost a year postpartum and had intense lower back pain. I started this exercise routine first regularly and then intermittently. It has ben more than a month and this exercise routine has helped me heal my lower back to a great degree.
*When I stopped eating meat, I noticed that it was easier for me to focus, and I was really proud of myself for being green also... I had a plethora of reasons for going vegetarian.*

Thank you satvic movement for this video. 🙏🏻 Edit after 10 days It really helped to reduce my back pain to some extent, will continue for complete relief at the same time I started consuming home made laddoos for back pain so these both will work together and help to reduce that.

Hello,this is my review post exercise done for past 4 days,I was diagnosed with scalar issues along with lumbago,so post taking steroids it was suppressed but required many physiotherapy sessions on regular basis,so i opted for this exercise as I couldn't go out for exercise regularly due to pain,so this exercise did wonders,lumbago recovery and no back pain too.Thank You🙏

While performing this asana I didn’t faced the problem of looking again n again into the screen and performing the asana all because of your guidance I could perform it very easily n I feel very active n free of back tension ❤❤❤

Hello,this is my review post exercise done for past 4 days,I was diagnosed with scalar issues along with lumbago,so post taking steroids it was suppressed but required many physiotherapy sessions on regular basis,so i opted for this exercise as I couldn't go out for exercise regularly due to pain,so this exercise did wonders,lumbago recovery and no back pain too.Thank You🙏
Was suffering from lower back pain from 10-15 days... Avoided going to doc, and, started looking for solutions... 1st day 60% pain gone, over 3 days 80℅ gone...sometimes yoga is more effective than the short cut of seeking medical help 😊😊😊
