Please show some exercises for people with back surgery. I do all the exercises every day but in your video u have mentioned not to do if one has has back surgery. Please show some full body work out. My back is 24/7 in pain inspite of the surgery.

No.7,8,11,12 ex can it be done for person with L5-S1 curvature coz it puts a lot of stress & hence pain on the back ? 🤔 Habuild physio does not recommend it coz I hv spoken to her. Pl confirm & reply.
Sir. I am suffering from gluteal medius tendonitis. Have both knee replacements, back is also dysfunctional and not strong enough. Can I do these exercises sitting in a chair. My spine is bad from cervical to sacral area. Had a compressed fracture also at T12- L3 and kyphoplasty is performed in 2011. But I am still doing everything independently in the house. This gluteal tendonitis has taken a toll and is very painful. Please advise 🙏🙏

Thank you so much. I have curved spine and left shoulder muscle tare which is operated. So limited movements of left arm. So sitting exercises can do but arm movements are restricted. 💐

Sir, I got my spine surgery due to fracture 25 years ago. The part of my spine i.e. L2, L3 and L4 is fused and there is a plate with four nutbolt . I always feel pain in my lower back as well as other parts of body. Please guide me which exercises will be beneficial to me.
