Really u stop medicine for ever ? I m also high bp patient for 1 year. I m practicing Pranayama and deep breathing exercises for last one year. Can I stop medication Please advise me If its possible I can talk to u over phone. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
@@lokalnewz3168keep monitoring your BP at home weekly for 3 months regularly, while continuing pranayams as suggested by Saurabh. Make your habits regular, sleep, food and drinking water. Consult your doctor with xl printout of weekly BP readings. Do as your doctor advices.
Thank you for this. My Bp was 155/96 and after this Pranayama in 20 mins - it went down to 128/86. I am going to practice this daily till my Bp becomes normal.

Sir I'm sure it will if done regularly...as a daily thing...but don't stop ur medication. It's is definitely good for ur overall being...just 15 mins daily.

I do 15 minute pranayam 4 minute tabata and 15 18:41 minute yoga exacise daily morning found litle benifit in high bp
