Madam my BP Count for last 9 Months is 120/80 on Average, from last 15 days I don't have continuous sleep my BP Count is 150/90 for 2 days continuously after having good sleep for 2 days, my BP Count is 130/80. Should I consider my self has BP Patient and start medication or else to consult doctors. I am bit worried, is there any other tests where can I check accurately my BP Levels.
I got my BP check yesterday and it was 150/100 . From today only I have begun following the methods of controlling high BP under your guidance. I felt quite good after half an hour. I'll certainly continue it regularly. Thanks a lot to you Dr Devika ji ❤ 🙏
