I am 28 and was diagnosed with type 2 just 1 month before my wedding..panicked,cried,overthinking,depression anxiety and what not.. My fasting sugar was 386 my doctor put me on oral medicines within one month with good diet and exercise i could bring it down under 180 still on my journey.. Its 3 months now and i just came across video for diabetes like kapalbhati,mandukasana and anulom vilom..i thoughtof giving it a try and the day i started my after meal level was 140.. i was shocked usually its 170 or something after good meal but again yesterday it was 130.. I can see instant results and i hope i will overcome this with consistency..❤hope and pray the same for everyone❤
Even I had the same panic experience and cried in the initial diagnosis 415 fasting sugar. Later controlled it slowly. Don't worry, it is in our hands. Be strong with good diet & exercises 👍🙌
