    I am a 76 years old post graduate in mathematics and had been teaching since .... Now retired and teaching my 4 grandkids, (the eldest in 12 th grade) online as they are out of country... This keeps my memory very active
    Also I am doing 45 min yoga with Saurabh....

    बहुत ही अच्छी जानकारी,जिसकी पहले गलत धारणा थी। मैं 60 yrs की हूं। प्रतिदिन मंत्र जाप करती हूं और संगीत अभ्यास करती हूं । शायद नींद की कमी के कारण कोइ कोई word भूल जाती हूं।

    I always say this to everyone that after starting aerobics, i became so confident, not only that but my concentration, ability and willpower also increase to the next level. I performed extremely well in my studies also at the age of 39. Specially in those subjects in which I was not so well in my college. Just purely because of aerobics.

    Trust me, after 200 days of committed Habuild Yoga practice, my memory has remarkably enhanced. I m 64years old.Previously, remembering infrequently used names was a struggle, and recalling the exact locations of my items wasn't straightforward. I'm convinced this improvement is a direct result of practicing Habuild Yoga, a blend of mental and physical agility exercises.

    When I was a little girl we did those cross later hand clapping all the time with each other…we would rhyme while clapping….One was “Miss Mary Mack,Mack,Mack, all dressed in black,black ,black…We would start out slow, then speed up until we tire out…also played hopscotch, jump rope, many innocent games, that we did not realize were good for our brains.

    just keep camera in front...fixed ..it gives the feeling of sitting face to face....... please do not move angles of the camera ... side angle face viewing of sourabh sir causes distraction ...

    1. Learn new things ( Anything like dance, mandala, cooking ) Also try to teach these skills to others.
    2. Arobics - cardio, cycling, walking. Heart health and mental Health increases. Focus increases. Happy harmones increases.
    3. Cross lateral movements - cross clapping, do some difficult variations. Mantra chanting.

    I'm 77+ .
    After retiring in 2005 , continued teaching Mathematics and Science to school children till today.
    It keeps me mentally fit . I purposely take special tuitions personal tuitions and keep changing teaching methods to suit the child.

    Its very important vedio for everybody apart from my job from childhood I am singer, singing is my passion now I am trying to learn dance and I have already joined dance class its new things to me to learn new steps every weekend and I will try to cross clap.     Namaste I had a fall last year at age 72.Neorologist said that my brain was hurt.I'm much better now but my memory of old times is good yet recent memories not so good. I don't remember names of movies ,actors .Used to do a lot of crochet but have to learn all over again. Hope you can help .Did your 21 day yoga. Thank you from South Africa 🙏🕉

    I'm 80 years, doing yoga for the last 18 years, still teaching. But sciatica and falling flat on the floor has restricted my ability to do as much as I used to do earlier
