Sourabhji, I m following you & attending your classes since jan 2nd 2023,, I m 98% regular in practicing exercises, 16 asanas, pranayam nadishodhana, bhastrika, bhramari, meditation daily 1 hour in the morning & one hiur in evening.... I feel healthy, earlier I had palpitation issue niw the degree is very less...I myself do all household works, cooking, cleaning etc..I m pure vegetarian I have lost 8 kgs sibce 6 months I m on record 62 years old.. Thereafter rubs my palm rigorously than do some massage of the face. Than slight movement of hands & legs thereafter I leave bed. Than I drink 1st glass of warm water mixed with 1/2 lemon juice & 1/2 spoon of honey with 1-2 pearl of garlic & some methi Dana (soaked in water overnight) followed by 2 more glasses of warm water After freshening goes to gym for 40-50 min followed by 40-50 min yoga class
