    For the next 7 days, I will wake up sharp at 7 AM at any cost.
    I will do the following:
    1. Drink water - 7 to 7:05 AM
    2. Fresh up and brush - 7:25
    3. Expose to Sun - 7:25 to 7:40
    4. Do 3 rounds of Bhastrika - 7:40 to 8:00
    Start my work at 8 AM :)

    I just saw your video, for the first time Saurabh. Your explanation is so well structured, and clear with a closing summary. 👌In my routine, from many years i have routine of drinking one glass of warm water with lime. Post which i do Surya Namaskar for 10 times.

    Sourabhji, I m following you & attending your classes since jan 2nd 2023,, I m 98% regular in practicing exercises, 16 asanas, pranayam nadishodhana, bhastrika, bhramari, meditation daily 1 hour in the morning & one hiur in evening....
    I feel healthy, earlier I had palpitation issue niw the degree is very less...I myself do all household works, cooking, cleaning etc..I m pure vegetarian I have lost 8 kgs sibce 6 months I m on record 62 years old.. But feeling as 26..😊

      Saurabhji I hv attended your free 21days yoga since jm2923got motivated hearing you, with humble attitude very
      sweet words no pressure, joined the 1year yoga.
      But meanwhile because of fall
      and severe left leg injury I hv put my membership on hold. Now from 2jan 2024 you have started the free 21 days yoga. I hv started doing it on some days.
      I watched the above video very mitivating and REALLY WANT TO BRING MYSELF IN A ROUTINE. IAM 71YRS WITH SEVERAL HEALTH ISSUE,BUT LISTENING TO YOU IS VERY SOOTING AND MAKES ME THINK I HAVE TO FOLLOW YOU JUDICIALLY AND GET A ROUTINE WITH THE GOOD HABITS YOU ARE RECOMMENDING.

    You correctly said in your video.
    After waking up in the morning, first of all I thank God & my ancestors for everything. Thereafter rubs my palm rigorously than do some massage of the face. Than slight movement of hands & legs thereafter I leave bed. Than I drink 1st glass of warm water mixed with 1/2 lemon juice & 1/2 spoon of honey with 1-2 pearl of garlic & some methi Dana (soaked in water overnight) followed by 2 more glasses of warm water
    After freshening goes to gym for 40-50 min followed by 40-50 min yoga class

    I follow whatever you taught in the free sessions from yoga day it gives very good result to my body now I came out almost from my pain so loads of thanks to you because I took lots of calcium vit tablet but it didn't work out but your sessions and way of your teaching gave me lot of improvement 🙏God bless you with abundance of health and happiness throughout your life brother

    This is your first video that I watched and coincidentally I have started doing 3 pranayams every morning since last few weeks. I have always been consuming water first thing since almost 2 decades. What you said about Bhrastrika is exactly what I shared with my friend few days ago. It has reduced my caffeine intake. However I have a question about the third routine.
    I live in the UK and it's not sunny everyday. How to ensure to get enough sunlight? Does passive sunlight, that is sunlight from behind the clouds give same impact?

    For Vitamin D3, doctors refer to walk between 8am to 11am,so in that case will 6am walk helps in absorbing vitamin D3?

    I liked this information and the advantage of doing early morning things like drinking wYer first thing in the morning .doing basthrika if u are fit enough last but least to get sunlight which helps ur body to get enough of vitamin D and it's advantage .thank u please make video on vitamin D .It will be very very useful .thank so much .yes Intend to do for atleast 5 days a week starting from Monday .hope will bless me to do it other then my own desire to do it .😅
