So far in my 79 years, I have never been able to stick to any Yoga group or health routine.. ever since I joined your 21 day free trial, ive become more disciplined in my exercise, eating, water intake and phone use. Main result is mental discipline and my consistent low BP of 90/50 has improved to a steady 130/60! Your other health video's are also very clear, concise, practically doable. Detailed video on bacteria improvement please. What to do to improve it. I don't eat processed food, fried food, packed juices, drinks, chips, cookies etc etc... Still I am experiencing constipation from last 5-6 months. The change in lifestyle is that I try not to eat anything beyond 7-8 p.m. earlier this timeline was flexible till 10:30-11:00 too.
