    Saurabh, thank you for being a very good motivator. So far in my 79 years, I have never been able to stick to any Yoga group or health routine.. ever since I joined your 21 day free trial, ive become more disciplined in my exercise, eating, water intake and phone use. Main result is mental discipline and my consistent low BP of 90/50 has improved to a steady 130/60! Your other health video's are also very clear, concise, practically doable. Bless you, hope to reach my 80th birthday in Dec 3rd looking better and feeling healthy😊

    Saurab thank u for being a teacher guru to me. God bless u. I really feeling more better after attending ur Habuild. I am a cancer patient. After the surgery and chemo, I became so weak and helpless in doing my personal work nor able to walk alone due to loosing balance. After attending ur sessions I build my self confidence.

    आपने नींद और डिनर के बीच तीन घंटे का फासला रखने के लिए early dinner की बात बताई.
    अब अगर 9 बजे मे डिनर लेता हूं और 12 बजे सो जाता हू, तो क्या यह योग्य रहेगा?

    Sir ji 5 o'clock toh office mai hote hai 07:00 baje ghar aate hai fir walking fir dinner,can't help sir naukri bhi toh karni hai. Advise if u have time.

    Detailed video on bacteria improvement please. What to do to improve it. I don't eat processed food, fried food, packed juices, drinks, chips, cookies etc etc... Still I am experiencing constipation from last 5-6 months. The change in lifestyle is that I try not to eat anything beyond 7-8 p.m. earlier this timeline was flexible till 10:30-11:00 too.

    Plz make a video for wt gain too..weight loss has never been a problem..I am fit n energetic but always at the border line of bmi..so wud like to gain 5kgs but find it really difficult..despite adding exercise, protein n fruits in my diet
