Hey Ryan, This is Abhijeet, currently i am following MONK MODE. I use to walk up at 4 am in morning but as i have a kid of 7 years and family it is unable to sleep before 9. But i do take afternoon naps for about 1/2 hour to an hour. Is it okey to take afternoon naps.
