I may not be able to do all exercises the way you do, as I am a sr.citizen. as suggested by you, one should not force himself for any kind of exercises but to do as comfortable one can be

    I am a doctor by profession and I used to give copies of the exercises to help women in postpartum period. Now I have retired and when my elderly friends wanted advice regarding Kegel’s exercises, I did not worry, you have made my job easy with your excellent exceptional video.
