This workout has changed my life for better. I have rarely seen such collection of videos of Pelvic floor issues where instructor goes into a so much detail and really provide symptomatic treatment. I have seen other instructors just suggest some exercise without explaining which exercise would fix which symptom. Also the breath work, just wow!! Truly best in class and thanks a lot both of you guys. Keep helping, keep growing.
I have no problem with staying hard and erect but going to do the exercises and breathing to see if it helps my flow distance and maybe my hip and butt issue. Enjoyed the vid!

About 10 years ago, I felt something snap in the perineum, and I instantly had pain in my feet and lost most sensation in my genitals. I’ve seen several urologist and neurologists and none of them know what’s wrong with me. I saw a pelvic health specialist recently, who said that my pelvic floor is spazzing. The big Takeaway from this video is that I need to be lengthening not drawing in my pelvic floor.. Thank you for that. . I believe it’s going to help me.
amazing how there are so many barriers, taboos and things we are educated to feel shameful about in this and you guys just blast through it - reminds me of my vocal lessons, a lot of embarassment in opening up the breath to create a full voice as well. Probably all related.
This is a great video! They key point is an overactive pelvic floor. Doing Kegels just reinforces the tension in the muscles. It makes sense. Unfortunately, most articles on PE promote Kegels. Thank you.
Long time sufferer of this, glad some males finally discussing it. Question I have is just relaxing and stretching the solution? Do you believe anterior pelvic tilt plays a role and poor glute and core and the diaphragm not being stacked over pelvic floor etc. causes complications?

How this can help with premature ejaculation. I used to do kegel exercises which specifically helps in terms of premature ejaculation, by letting me have more strength to control the ejaculation through squeezing the ejaculatory muscle. Wondering how these exercises can help in this case !
@@zakariaabdi1702 kegel exercise will make your pelvic floor muscle strong. I do daily a specific exercise, which is squeezing the pelvic floor for 10sec and then release. I do it for 10 reps a set, 5 sets a day. My pelvic floor muscle is strong now. Now while having sex the moment i feel like i am about to cum, i squeeze my pelvic floor and which helps me not to cum. My squeezing strength is so strong that i can even control myself not to cum from no returning point. The way we can stop urinating by holding our pee, it acts the same way. when you will about to cum, you can hold the same way you used to stop your pee. It is not something you can benefit within short time. It will need time. I have noticed changes after doing it for a month.
kegels can often worsen the issues with PE. Only do kegels if your pelvic floor is too weak. If it's tight and you ejaculate because it clenches and you can't control it, it means you should be doing reverse kegels.
This is the best video I found for this issue. I appreciate the time you guys took to put this together. I believe my pelvic floor issue started from squatting wrong and also improperly leg pressing heavy weight. I'd really like to.get back into core workouts but afraid it may make things worse.
