    Wow thank you soo much!!!
This helped me a lot in my premature ejaculation problems!!!!!
I went from 2 min ejaculation, having no control,
    to 15min!!!!!
After some practice i can do 1 whole hour!!!!!! (With breath control, switching poses)
I advice everyone having premature ejaculation to follow these steps, it really changed my intimate life!

This workout has changed my life for better. I have rarely seen such collection of videos of Pelvic floor issues where instructor goes into a so much detail and really provide symptomatic treatment. I have seen other instructors just suggest some exercise without explaining which exercise would fix which symptom.
Also the breath work, just wow!! Truly best in class and thanks a lot both of you guys. Keep helping, keep growing.

About 10 years ago, I felt something snap in the perineum, and I instantly had pain in my feet and lost most sensation in my genitals. I’ve seen several urologist and neurologists and none of them know what’s wrong with me. I saw a pelvic health specialist recently, who said that my pelvic floor is spazzing. The big Takeaway from this video is that I need to be lengthening not drawing in my pelvic floor.. Thank you for that. . I believe it’s going to help me.

My best friend told me he suffered from a similar problem like you mentioned. Despite going to three different urologists, nobody could really find what his problem was. He said he felt something snap one day, and kinda felt a weird muscular spasm near the testes and inner loin/perineum area. So after watching this video and reading your comment I instantly recommended these exercises to him. I hope the exercises worked for you and get a prompt rehabilitation.

How this can help with premature ejaculation.
I used to do kegel exercises which specifically helps in terms of premature ejaculation, by letting me have more strength to control the ejaculation through squeezing the ejaculatory muscle.
Wondering how these exercises can help in this case !

@@zakariaabdi1702 kegel exercise will make your pelvic floor muscle strong.
I do daily a specific exercise, which is squeezing the pelvic floor for 10sec and then release. I do it for 10 reps a set, 5 sets a day.
My pelvic floor muscle is strong now. Now while having sex the moment i feel like i am about to cum, i squeeze my pelvic floor and which helps me not to cum. My squeezing strength is so strong that i can even control myself not to cum from no returning point. The way we can stop urinating by holding our pee, it acts the same way. when you will about to cum, you can hold the same way you used to stop your pee.
It is not something you can benefit within short time. It will need time. I have noticed changes after doing it for a month.

kegels can often worsen the issues with PE. Only do kegels if your pelvic floor is too weak. If it's tight and you ejaculate because it clenches and you can't control it, it means you should be doing reverse kegels.

Does “breath of fire” type intense breathwork make tight pelvic floor worse?

    • @ManFlowYoga

I doubt that it's physical alone for you and that breathe of fire would make it significantly worse. Probably related an overactive nervous system for you, i.e. too much stress.
You should be focusing on more yin-focused yoga.
