I’m 61 years of age. Been doing these exercises since age 18 when I found a book on mens training. It was easy to follow. I am glad I still do them because I would hate to think what could have become.

Nice one. Amazing set of exercises that truly works, at least for me personally! I paired these exercises with daily 200mg of Tongkat Ali supplement and oh boy, my ED improved tremendously! Taking testosterone or libido boosting supplements like AKARALI Tongkat Ali works well if you perform these exercises at least 3 times daily. Got rid of the ED issue after 3 weeks, but remember to do cardio like jogging, or swimming at least twice per week. My best libido boost experience is taking Tongkat Ali and swimming for 30 minutes.
Wow!! This video is truly one of its kind!! Every doctor/physiotherapist around the world talks about testosterone levels and kegels alone when it comes to ED! But he took it to the next extent by clearly demonstrating the role of a strong hip and back muscles in holding an erection and performing sex! I'm a 32yr old diabetic myself and have ED issue and figured out this problem but couldn't find an authentic set of exercises to perform to get rid of the issue!! Finally i found it here! Thanks a lot!!! P.S. All these exercises will surely help your ED issue but it won't happen in a day or two, so consistently keep it doing for atleast few weeks only then you'll see proper results!
Oy, I am 61 yo and I am pre-diabetes. Do his excises for ED, find 10 min low impact exercises on Ytube, walk for 10 min either on the street or in front of your computer or phone after meals, lose weight, sit on the floor and walk on your butt. What this guy is saying and walking on your butt is great for your prostate as well. Women have a breast cancer. Men have a prostate cancer which affects everything including an erection. Good luck.
It's really not that important. And he did nothing to help the situation. What's he maybe 30. Like he's ever experienced this. And what he has to help the problem is total Bullcrap !!
I would say it the best so far I have seen on the subject. Very detailed and clear. There are plenty of other exercises. Whatever bring blood flow to the pelvis.

I’ve realized that ED exercises are making my problem worse. Instead Of strengthening, I need to relax my pelvic floor muscles. I’ve been doing these deep breathing exercises that are helping relieve the tension. A few months ago I recognized that my testicles are spazzing at a low level. Some of that has now dissipated from breathing in deeply through my abdomen for four seconds and slowly breathing out for eight seconds while laying on my back with my knees up. Finally making some good progress. Feeling hopeful! Hey, maybe you can do a video on this?
Agreed. I did everything to “strength” the pelvic floor. Now it’s too tight. I’ve found that doing the baby pose while taking deep breathes will help “loosen” the area for blood flow

I didn't realize how much my core muscles were involved in these exercises. It was almost kind of weird. I realized I really have to strengthen my core in order to help with a lot of different issues.
What he's demonstrating here is actually part of the age old practice of Setu Bandhasana Yoga. It's good that modern medical practices are carrying forward this ancient tried and tested knowledge. But i would like to see some credits given to it's origin.

I'm 61 yrs old. I have degenerative disk disease in my neck with severe deterioration and all disk in my lumbar are bulged with narrowing of the spine. I haven't had middle of my back looked at, yet. Should I attempt to do these exercises?

I've had a urinary tract infection and a sports hernia last year... as an athlete and otherwise healthy 40 year old male, I was very surprised to see ed on myself, but my urologist dismissed my symptoms as mental. I believe I just wasn't told that my pelvic floor would need work, even if I was matching my numbers in front squats and (Romanian) deadlifts. Will definitely give this a try, thank you again.

I recently had a CES operation. I'm 70. A couple of weeks after the operation, I got morning wood, and erections that would please a 20 yr old. So I'm thinking my muscles and blood system is capable of working. Since about 2-3 months after the operation, I have ED. I'm thinking that this is likely a nerve problem. I'm not finding info for a fix. Any thoughts?

Hi, I was wondering which exercise you recommend to a right, above knee amputee. I have no problem with the first set, but those other sets won't work for me. You see, I can not wear a prosthetic leg due anymore, because about a two years ago I fell and broke the femur off the hip ball (joint). I had surgery, but instead of connecting it with a hip replacement, the surgeon v cut about an inch of bone away from the top of the femur. After I got back home I tried to wear my prosthetic, but I couldn't walk. My thigh muscles alone would not hold up, they compressed upwards and caused, what I have left of my femur, to hit my hip joint. If you have any ideas for me, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have cerebral palsy and these exercises help with my balance I'm 49 . I wish doctors did more studies on people aging with cerebral palsy .

Funny, this female teaches moving the sacrum down and up then get into bridge vertebrae by vertebrae to keep mobility in the spine.

I can hold my clamp down for 6 minutes after months of intense training!
