    Good point, cycling would cause prolonged compression. The ball massage is only temporary so it would not reduce the blood supply to the nerves.

    Great exercises for the pelvic floor any movement u can do is beneficial especially the happy baby the flow of blood is healing to the blood vessels I think I'm not 🚫 a MD but these exercises can help keep you healthy

    With the endurance one of 30 seconds, if you feel you're not being able to hold with a constant force, like it's shaking or unstable, means that the muscle is weak and needs more training?

    For anyone doing this exercise, on your off days try some deep squats like 3 sets of 10. Their not only proven to help increase testosterone but they help keep your blood circulating efficiently in the area. Sitting too long is especially bad for the bottom half of your body (your compressing everything down there) Some of your biggest arteries lead down and into to your legs, everything in your body is linked and branched together like a tree.     I have pudendal nerve entrapment so the tennis ball near my sitting bones is simply not an option.. does anyone know of specific stretches for relaxing the pelvic floor muscles?

    I dont know does i have a tight or weak pelvic floor, my friend go fully hard rearly, get soft fast,
    C@m quckly and all in all he is limp, i dont know is this important but i have problem with my lower back ( im 19yo) it hurts when i do deadlifts or deep squats, please help, it is tight or weak?

    Interesting that he promotes kegels at the start, when a lot of PFPT's advise NOT to do them. Reverse-kegels seem to be the preferred method. Can anyone explain why?

      Strengthening ones 3 to 4 X per week. Relaxation ones daily. Massage, be careful not to do too much as it may cause bruising or irritation.

    Loosing an erection quickly when simulation stops can it be caused from this issue " weak pelvic floor muscles " ?

    So, if I may. Basically, especially the first part of your video is similar to the Kegel exercises, suggested for women to have a better orgasm. Lastly, with all due respect, if the erectile dysfunction is due to a lack of proper blood supply, strengthening the pelvic floor will NOT help. I would suggest a much simpler alternative, that enables a possible immediate effect. I am thinking of a simple penile ring.

    I'm confused about the tennis ball exercise, since we know cycling to be a cause of pelvic floor and prostate issues because of pressure, isn't using a ball to do the same thing a bad thing?

      Stretch up to 3 X. Be more careful with the massage. Each or every other day is plenty.

    Thanks for the information. I appreciate that you included rest in you video. Like any muscle it can get overworked. Most videos I've seen on this topic only emphasize the exercises and at best gloss over the rest portion.
