Good point, cycling would cause prolonged compression. The ball massage is only temporary so it would not reduce the blood supply to the nerves.

Great exercises for the pelvic floor any movement u can do is beneficial especially the happy baby the flow of blood is healing to the blood vessels I think I'm not 🚫 a MD but these exercises can help keep you healthy

For anyone doing this exercise, on your off days try some deep squats like 3 sets of 10. Their not only proven to help increase testosterone but they help keep your blood circulating efficiently in the area. Sitting too long is especially bad for the bottom half of your body (your compressing everything down there) Some of your biggest arteries lead down and into to your legs, everything in your body is linked and branched together like a tree. Are all three exercises performed the same day or one each day?
Strengthening ones 3 to 4 X per week. Relaxation ones daily. Massage, be careful not to do too much as it may cause bruising or irritation.

I have pudendal nerve entrapment so the tennis ball near my sitting bones is simply not an option.. does anyone know of specific stretches for relaxing the pelvic floor muscles?

If you have tight pelvic floor or think you do (symptoms was i had to contantly pee for about a year, would dribble and walk out of the bathroom still feeling like i had to pee, went to doctors and no infections and bladder was emptying they couldnt figure it out) when it started i had just gone from being very active to not active at all, when i got a little active again the symptoms tapered. I now dont have to pee nearly as much, but it is hard to hold an erection like the blood goes and falls back out, also when i "poot" its like a whistle or feels like it, also bleed alot when straining to use bathroom #2) but if you have tight pelvic floor you should skip the "strengthening exercices" and just do the stretches?
Can we perform squats and lunges for strengthening part and yoga for hips for relaxation part if yes than how to manage it weekly

It’s diet guys. Junk food , when I drink too much coke my bowels slow down . Eat cleaner more fruits veggies and quality meat. 🥩 when are better quality steaks my money shot range improved . Sometimes if I rub one out too often it becomes dribble. Diet helped the most

Interesting that he promotes kegels at the start, when a lot of PFPT's advise NOT to do them. Reverse-kegels seem to be the preferred method. Can anyone explain why?

So, if I may. Basically, especially the first part of your video is similar to the Kegel exercises, suggested for women to have a better orgasm. Lastly, with all due respect, if the erectile dysfunction is due to a lack of proper blood supply, strengthening the pelvic floor will NOT help. I would suggest a much simpler alternative, that enables a possible immediate effect. I am thinking of a simple penile ring.

I'm confused about the tennis ball exercise, since we know cycling to be a cause of pelvic floor and prostate issues because of pressure, isn't using a ball to do the same thing a bad thing?
