Good video, but you should also emphasize reverse Kegels. Doing regular Kegels alone could cause an imbalance and more so Chronic Pelvic Floor Syndrome.

I don't know, but my own reasoning on the topic is the following: In order to properly address the pelvic floor muscles and avoid uncontrolled tension, I want to develop independent coordination. Thus it's good to learn to do kegels independent of the breath, without tensing the belly or the butt. However, once I have established that I can add additional resistance to the exercise by doing the kegel with the lungs filled and the belly muscles activated. In this state, the diaphragm and the belly muscles press the intestines against the pelvic floor, increasing the resistance for the kegel exercise.
So basically on certain days I have restricted urine flow I think it might be prostate. I’m only 29 or it could be loose pelvic floor muscles. Will these benefit me?
Start drinking more water, cranberry juice, and start a saw palmetto supplement. If your symptoms don't improve go see a urologist to make sure everything's ok. I had the same issues and found out I have BPH.

Glad you posted your condition but the space is above and between the legs so there is room for you to practice. Also, the traumatic area becomes way, way more responsive, alive and pulsive.
