Me, too! When I see the kitchen counter now it is like Pavlov’s Dog…my reaction is to do a few push ups! My arms are getting stronger than they have ever been! So much easier to do exercises (the right ones!) in smaller sprints throughout the day, still getting impressive benefits and results. I’m going to work on adding some of these that I don’t already do throughout my day!
Thank you MR.ANGEL....loads of lovvve and blessings from bharat [INDIA]❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤am 60 now....needed this motivational video....what I need god sends me through you
I swear my body has a direct link to his office, he always posts videos on issues I am dealing with! Now if I could just upload all the exercises and remember them!
I backed the video up and started doing the floor exercises with the video. Boy howdy! It’s so simple yet so effective. I consider myself to be in fairly decent shape for 60 but these are the types of exercises I need for hitting all my core muscles. Thanks so much. I love all of the simplicity of your videos 😊
I love Dr. Rowe. I retired from the chiropractic industry in 2018 and by far he gives the best inductions. I still see my DC regularly but if I have an issues or tightness in between, I know I can come to this channel and find a stretch to help. Thank you Doc!
About 8 months ago I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and I fracture my back. I've lost alot of weight and muscle mass. I am 62 and retired and want to get my muscle back. Thank you for doing this video.
Thank you so much for these exercises Dr Rowe! I've lost a lot of muscle mass over the past few years and it's had a devastating effect on me at 71. Hopefully these exercises will help reverse the atrophy. ❤
Really good to cover lower and upper body. I tend to use resistance bands for some exercises and weights for others whilst building muscle. Many thanks
As an 81 year old woman who feels that her muscles are more or less gone, i was surprised that I could do all of these exercises with relative ease. Perhaps I'm.not in such bad shape sfter all..I'll be doing this regularly. Many thanks.
I work my lower body with compound fitness bands and walking hundreds of stairs every day. Upper body is with planks, fitness bands, pushups and dumbbells. Been exercising since I was 18. 63 now and never felt better. Everyone can do something to ward off aging.
I’m going to start doing this series of moves. The most challenging for me are the wall chair and the pushups. Hopefully I’ll be able to build up to doing them fully.
I'm starting young. I'm 25 and trying to get back into shape (I was a teenage athlete) and my goal is to do resistance training my whole life so that way when sarcopenia comes, it's slow and I have plenty of muscle to lose. Also don't forget that you need high quality protein daily to reduce sarcopenia, as if your body can't get enough protein from your diet, it'll start pulling from your bones and muscle.
Much appreciated Doc for sharing your knowledge and professionalism for helping us all out there. Wishing you&yours a wonderful Christmas and Holidays. Cheers from SWEDEN 🙏☃️🎅🏼🎉🎄🎄
Good video for me, and maybe I can remember these now. That's my biggest problem, just remembering, or getting the positions correct. I do wall pushes. The push ups look hard for my wimpy arms, but I'll try. I have spondylosthesis on my lowest vertebrate that makes my back thigh hurt, I need an MRI to know for sure, but if you know any exercises for that it would be great.
My guess is that you need to keep doing it and build up the butt. Lol. I followed along just now and it hits us all differently obviously. I definitely need to be doing more of these
Surely you can do the reps without having to follow along? But I think that's what you would like, a video you can mirror in person, like an actual workout video?
@@DrRowewe would watch you. You have quite a following. Maybe workout videos will be your next venture. I bet you’d have lots of views. I joined a gym 2008, and my chiropractor described which machines would strengthen my lower back. I did those exercises for a year and was in the best shape that lasted for 10years. I got busy with 2 jobs after the recession and too busy to workout.. I’m paying for it now, I need to join a gym and get back into workout mode, I’m 72 and sit at my job. Who knew!? My muscles have turned to spaghetti noodles! (Thank goodness I lost the 50 lbs I put on - when covid hit - with keto. I’m thinking about carnivore for the last stubborn 10 lbs.) Your videos are such a wonderful help! Thank you and merry Christmas! skosh

We do those push-ups on the kitchen counter. There’s always a minute or two that requires waiting around, always an opportunity for a set.

Is there an alternative for those who cannot kneel on knees due to knee replacements?

I need hip replacement and in need of weight loss with out loosing muscle.
Carnivore + Creatine + exercise. All 3 together, no cheating on any front.

Do these help build bone?
Um...how do I get off the floor when I first start doing that bridge?
You were joking when you said to “lay on the floor” Right?😂😂I can’t get up without an assist if I do that!😢
Squats help. I repaired my vehicle and felt the burn the next day.
I used to skip squats in weightlifting until other students started lifting more than my max because they were strengthening other muscles.

How do you build muscle when you have Neuromuscular Scoliosis? Every single muscle hurts and even making coffee is hard. 😢

CARNIVORE is all you need
It would be nice if you could do a full 'workout' video at some point, instead of saying do x repetitions
I don't think anyone wants to see a video that long.
