My physical therapist explained this to me as well because I thought that my left leg was longer somehow genetically by birth but it turns out that my hip was weak due to an injury and so he finagled my therapy session to help strengthen my hips. He combined exercise and massage and trigger point therapy, which worked very, very well.❤

One day I just started moving more, then slow running and then I started doing weighted exercises, and I was eating clean food. I also followed meal and workout plan from Onlymeal. Today I have 200lbs and I am happy like I have never been in my life.

These are life saving. I've had medial meniscus pain on my right knee which seems to be degenerative as I never did anything to injure it. I've also constantly had a problem with not being able to activate my right glutes and right lower back, and always leaning to my left. So I concluded that my right knee was just getting destroyed from not activating my right hip properly due to all the inactive surrounding muscles. I've been doing 90/90 hip stretch with hip abduction to activate my right glute and muscle activation has improved by a lot. Going to try the rest of these exercises.
Your videos are always so helpful and this is just what I need! I go to the chiro regularly and each time my left hip is higher. Thank you for the exercises!

I’m getting more confident and familiar with the way my body moves. This may actually be leading to “pre-hab” but this means a faster and more successful post-op recovery

I've just had double hip replacment & it feels as though one leg is longer than the other. The surgeon says my pelvis is crooked. SO, I suppose I should be doing these exercises as I did your test & YEP! One hip bone is slightly higher. It's only 3 months after the 2and surgery, so I had trouble with crossing the legs and balance on the "Ballet Dancer"exercise. I hope these done diligently will improve the feeling of "wobbly penguin"I have! Thank you, you explain everything very well.
I have some left knee issues that manifested out of kickboxing because of this imbalance. The exercises demonstrated how weak my left hip and leg muscles are especially that butt walk.

Wow! My lower back and hips have been very painful after hunching over my sewing machine for several hours a day with my right leg extended to operate the pedal. I feel all twisted out of shape! These exercises might be just what I need so I'll try them right away!🤞👍

SHOE LIFTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER omg I hope this will work for me too ❤
