@acbc6787 don't kegel every day. That will increase tension and make the muscles tighter if you have PE. Practise doing reverse Kegels (releasing and relaxing, I.e. pushing out pelvic floor) every day multiple times it's fine because it teaches control and relaxing the muscles. You can do it anywhere at any time, really. I've found that I randomly contract during the day while sitting, waiting in line at a queue, while driving, etc. I make the conscious decision to release and relax my pelvic floor muscles. The best position I've found is to do it in a deep squat with back against a wall if you're able to. Pro Tip: Always do it after emptying your bladder, or you could have an accident in your pants, lol.
Just an advisory note for people: Don't overdo this exercise. You don't want too tight pelvic muscles because that could restrict blood flow to your genitalia. Do these in moderation or actually see a doctor for this because if your pelvic floor is already tight/contract you might need to do pelvic floor stretches instead of strengthening.

It will fix itself in the long run. Another is, when I was younger, not knowing any better, I would do those squeeze exercises while intimate with a girl friend, As the feeling of orgasm was approaching I would squeeze and try to hold back the orgasm. Almost like holding back urination. It was just an instinct. If it got too close I would pull out for a short time. I would start again and do the same thing as the feeling of an orgasm approached. It did help a lot and my girl friends were happy. But as you get older and more experienced those things tend to improve anyway. Another important control is mental control. You can develop mentally to be able to control orgasm to some extent but that takes a while to develop that. I like you style doctor. You are open and honest. I wish I lived near you incase I ever needed your services.

You'd need to learn to delay early sexual gratification by avoiding the over stimulation of the head of the penis. I had this problem when I was younger because I had no sexual prowess. After trial and error with my wife I have mastered it. She climaxes first always. Sex shouldn't last 30 minutes to an hour unless you both aren't interested in climaxing and you're actively delaying it to enjoy the ride.
I agree, but there must be a check valve. The blood flow is constantly happening. But there is a valve that stops the blood. Talk about that one please. You are wonderful.

Don’t ask me why but it works fantastic. Doubling up rubbers is an option. I think the most of this issue is in the mind
My doctor prescribed me Sertraline (Zoloft) 50 mg I take it 12 hours before sex and I went from 30 seconds to when my wife organisms. This was a blessing to our relationship.

The reason for this problem is that your knob is too sensitive. Too much feeling in the knob. Toughen the skin on your knob Try sandpaper to remove some skin and then allow it to heal. Continue doing this and in the end you will have one tough knob . You will be able to knock on the door with it .

I have CPPS with pain during urination and sometimes ejaculation. Technically my muscle are too tight. I have also pain sometimes on the right side of the butt. I am single, I don't have any partner. However, I notice that I very quick with masturbation already, often 30-60 sec it's finished. I am anxious about what will happen when I get a partner. Would this kind of exercises help me or worsen me? I also need to pee very often.
