This makes great sense. I am looking for slowly improving flexibility first and then improving metabolism. At 72 with a full-time orchestra going on inside I am taking it slow. I plan to study many of your informative videos and take up the 14 day trials in between till I feel ready for more upgraded yoga lessons.

How to keep yourself motivated. Because this journey is very difficult. It is very difficult to be focused because we have been following a very incorrect lifestyle for so many years.
