@kapiljadhav6563 he didn't mention maintenance calories just said eat less then BMR. He just came after some studies but in actual there are so many points, he was unable to explain.
@@yobcastle7859 The multiplier for maintenance calories after finding the BMR is one small step. But he's not incorrect. He said that BMR is the number of calories he'll burn even if he does nothing. Though nutrition science is a vast field, he's done a fine job in this short video.
