Dont make a blunder of crossing the roads mindlessly, distracted on foot steps, the red light, the stones and other things. Dont lose ur focus so much that you bcm mindless. Pls hv the patience and minimum commin sense to understand what he is trying to say in his talks. If u dont hv that level of patience and sense to grasp his wisdom, you will end up in huge mess. And he is no way responsible for that. This is small example why he is also receiving so many hatred from certain group of ppl. Bcz they simply dont hv that min level of understanding to understand what he is trying to say.
This amazing being has changed my life . My life has done a complete turn around , the Isha kryia is opening my third eye chakra. And I have amazing clarity, everyday things are clearer and clearer. I've been battling with a pain pill addiction for 20 years and since I've been practicing his material I just stopped and I'm feeling no pain at all . Learn to handle things with a certain precision. (Hatha Yoga) 3. With every little thing, just bring the precision into your activity - it will happen in your mind. Train this with every aspect in your life. Ask everything "how it should be?" You will see ,slowly, the mind will become, very clear, it becomes meticulous with everything. So it seems, being awake and noticing everything in the present is a good thing. And eventually, I was back to my old self. Energy levels started getting low again.
