Usko high power ka specs tha
6-7 months mai pura hat gaya
Ye kuch upaaye usney kiye
1) aankhon Mai thanda paani key chithen dena subah shaam.
2) khas khas ka halwa 2 spoons khana subah khali pet
(Khas khas or badaam ko raat bhar bhigo lo,, subah pees k halwa bana ko ghee shakkar daal k)
2) ankurit anaaz khana ek time chahe subah chahey shaam aur green shabji ubaal kr khana bina tel kee
(Usko tasty bananey kliye aap usmey kala namak,, kaali mirch, jeera mila saktey ho)
Main baat ye hai kee sabji jyada pet Mai jaaye anaaz kam-- sabjii ublii or yaa kachchi salaad jesi means (jeevit food hona chaiye)
Ankirit anaaz mai chana or ghehun dhokey raat mai giley kapdey mai baadh k rakh lo subah ankurit honay pr kha lo
Ye jeevit food hai
4) drasti eyedrop ek baar ek din mai
Uska number kam hota gaya or 6-7 months mai ek asa time ayaa jahan doctors ney usey chasma mana krdia

satvic movement is the best ever channel i found on youtube or any social media ,steps require discipline to be follwed ,but otherwise they are still perfect,all the stuff is so natural either it is yoga classes, exercises, lifestyle tips ,body management,body cleansing,daily routine,or foods .....everything is just perfect to me and i am defenitely going to try much of this stuff by the mentors of the channel, i appreciate them for helping people all over the world especially in the times when people especially children and the youngsters almost everbody's life has become so disturbed with their daily schedules,stress or lifestyle. i love the satvic food as it is being made with satvic ingredients without forgetting the taste elements and so it can not only be enjoyed by adults but can also be loved by children ......and i am always waiting especially for the new and tasty food recepies.

There are asana for increasing height too but I bet you won't do that it requires great dedication but if you willing to do then halasana, paschimottasana, hastapadasana and very famous taadasan are good one and don't forget to sleep between 10:30 PM to 2:30 AM this time is very important for body growth
