    I m new to yog and i want to ask that there are so many asan which u can't do in a single day or 1 hour, so people who do yog they do different asan every othersay or they have specific asan which they always repeat everyday according to their needs. And if they do different then how they schedule and think that they are going to do these ones .or on the spot they do it in a minute in one asan and in next in second asan. When i do yog i think for next asan for a minute then i do then again i m out of asan i think again for the next one . Or take help from YT. I want to do yog on my own not with the help of videos everyday .i have done many 30 days yog challenge so now i want to do it on my own and i feel like i will skip or forget about some asan forever because i do only those which i remember. Please whoever practice yog since years tell how u manage it

    please maam ek hi esa video bna do jisme sab kuch cover ho jaye in 30 min (chakras and all), itna time nahi hota ki 3 se 4 video dekh kar subha yoga ki ja ske please its a humble request ......

    Hi mam...big fan of yours, I am practicing yoga with your channel for 13 days now, but I feel a strong pain on the right side of my back and stomach... kindly suggest what should I do. Also I had naval displacement, do you think its cause of the same? Please help as I don't want to stop the practice.

    I was feeling very sick and low in energy, was feeling chills but no fever. And after this yoga practice I feel soo much better. I want to develop yoga habit everyday. I stopped yoga because of so much work. But I have realized that if I’m not mentally/ physically/ emotionally fit there is no point of working because you’re not fit and aware of your thoughts.
