Aaj se karib 24- 25 din pehle ye Beginner's Camp shuru Kiya Tha. Though 21 din ka kaam ek do din late hone ke wajah se 25 din lag Gaye Lekin har din wapas aana har subha ek alag hi khushi deta hai. Yoga is not just about asanas and practice, It's about mental clarity, peace and connection with your innerself and yoga is about being a good person. Being much more active towards the environment, much more loving and caring towards your loved ones and most importantly being loving and caring toward your own self.. I hope all of us who came here with hope in there eyes maybe for a good physical heath or mental calmness. It all comes TRUE. A lot of love and appreciation to each and everyone who is reading this. Namaste, I never believed in yoga before, always used to do hard core exercises and giving thrill to body was fun. But today I experience soothing and so relaxing. I got to know every movement of my body and did inner exploration of my body. Ahinsa to my body is something unknown to me, today i got know bit of my body and it really felt living. Thank you ma'am. I used to practice yoga in school days...since then till now I was more inclined to fitness via gymming, but due to work issues wasn't able to keep my health right. I feel random pain and flexibility issues lingered throughout my spine, legs, and shoulders. Practiced your session today. First of all thankyou. It indeed felt soothing and release of the back pain. This was my very first yoga class. I'm almost 66. My entire life. I've never been flexible, so my body is hurting, but I loved this session and will continue. My biggest fault since going Vegan to stop Cruelty 10 years ago is that I overdo things because I have so much energy and end up hurting myself so after hurting my knees a few months ago on stretches because I want to go rock climbing, I will take it a bit easier on my body this time. So that I can go rock climbing for my next birthday 😊 Thank you for this wonderful yoga class 🙏💚🙏

This was very very helpful tbh . I have had a lot in my mind lately and honestly when I started the video I thought there is no way I'll be able to do this for the next 30 minutes but time passed soo easily with all the yoga and you talking Also my back (shoulder area specially) hurting soo much these days and when I was doing this asan (cat and cow pose may b ) my right wrist was hurting soo much almost like it couldn't support anything, it's may be happening bcz I fell off stairs a year back and my right hand supported my weight then and after that incident I always have pain in my wrist . It would be great if you can help 😊❤
Today did my first ever class 1 of yoga in my life… my body cried from places I didn’t know were there 😂😂 my hanging belly did not allow me to pull my knees towards my chest or to even let both the knees touch each other 😢😢 planning to stick to this 21 day program… Much love and thanks from Pakistan 🇵🇰

Do breathing exercises. It will teach you patience and concentration too. Breathe in to the count of 5, hold the breath up to count of 5, breathe out to the count of 5. You can find several beginner level videos too. Start with 5 minutes. Gradually go on increasing every week. Try to keep your focus on your breathing only. And yes, if you evaluate quality of your concentration every time you do it, it will help you track your progress. Good luck!

Today did my first ever class 1 of yoga in my life… my body cried from places I didn’t know were there 😂😂 my hanging belly did not allow me to pull my knees towards my chest or to even let both the knees touch each other 😢😢 planning to stick to this 21 day program… Much love and thanks from Pakistan 🇵🇰

Do breathing exercises. It will teach you patience and concentration too. Breathe in to the count of 5, hold the breath up to count of 5, breathe out to the count of 5. You can find several beginner level videos too. Start with 5 minutes. Gradually go on increasing every week. Try to keep your focus on your breathing only. And yes, if you evaluate quality of your concentration every time you do it, it will help you track your progress. Good luck!
