I have been doing your type A and type B yoga (suryanamaskar), (taught by you in last year's yoga challenge), daily for more than 1 month to reduce weight. My core has become a bit strong (which I never thought would be!). Also, I can do downward dog for at least 2-2.5 minutes now! Thank You to you Radhika Mam and Satvic Movement. I also think that it will take a bit long to reduce weight using suryanamaskar. And its a workout for the whole body and the breathing in and out also makes the mind strong, thanx😍🙏
Please guide how teenagers can follow your diet I mean with so much pressure of studies and their hectic schedules, how to maintain a healthy lifestyle routine for them .please reply

Surya namaskar is just a stretch at most a warm up before the actual exercise. it won't help you loose weight , diet and workout will but mostly diet
