      Kidney pain to apko Sony letny tk nhi deta hr waqt hota h hr direction me hota h but is pain me insan so skta h let skta h
      Kuch movements asii Hoti hn Jin me ye pain ziada hota h warna to qabil e bardasht b hota h

    Thank you so much. Mere ko ye pain almost 15 din se tha, ek chiropractor ne hila diye the ye apni jgaah se, I can feel them they are moving, phle kbhi bhi pain nhi thi inme. Tb se fever bhi hai mujhe. I tried your exercises drd km lg rha hai, kl MRI hogi iski. Pls suggest me

    Sir mera one side pain tha. 2 days after pain side change ho gya tha. Tab maine dono side ka every exercise kiye. 7 day bad pain pura kam ho gya. Abhi mera pain 0 hai. Abhi mujhe exercise continue karna hai kya. Or karne se koi problem to nhi hai. Maine dono side ka every exercise kar rha hun.
