Thank you for these workouts, I'm doing the chair stretches and this one. I'm 79 and have done some kind of aerobic exercise since 24 but I never could make myself do stretching and weights. Now I am doing both but doing them on my own was just not as much fun so thank you for your videos. I am feeling so much better since I incorporated stretches. Also I've developed stiffness in hips and an ankle issue which these will help. Thank you so much. You are very encouraging and easy to listen to. 😊
