    Thank you Kim, you cater to my needs, since I have plantar fasciitis and heal spurs.
    Those stretches does wonders

    I love the seated workouts with Coach Kim, and this one hit all those areas that need to go pop now and then and it felt amazing. I have neurological issues, so problems with balance and foot/leg movements. Lotion is motion, and I swear Coach Kim’s workouts are the best. Love her attitude and gentle urging to keep moving!

    I love coach Kim! I've recently been trying a variety of chair workout because I have bone on bone osteoarthritis in both knees. She, by far is one of the best instructors I've found. Positive attitude, good instruction and she's motivating and funny. Thanks to coach Kim! I hope my comment finds her. Would love to see other chair workouts she does.

    This is a really great and thorough workout, I really appreciate it! If I could make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to skip the music track altogether - or at least lower the volume significantly. I at times struggled in vain to hear what the lovely soft-spoken coach was saying. But a really good and well presented selection of exercises, thank you!

    the music is so loud I can barely hear what you are saying...also, I think it is the worst 'music' I have ever heard on a youtube video...sorry!
