    Along with Physical Therapy and doing this workout everyday for 4 weeks , I fully recovered from a ruptured disc in 6 weeks.

    I’m a 30 year old female, and I’m a healthy weight. My family has a history of POTS, and I think I might fall into that category as well. It’s always been difficult for me to exercise because I get very faint and light headed, so I just wanted to say thanks for this program. I read that resistance training is good for POTS because you can do it seated and then work up to standing over time. I really want to get stronger because I know that it will reduce the symptoms and give me overall good health. Thanks for the great content!
