Im 12 and I gained a lot of weight when i was 10 but since the past year I've started playing basketball on a school team and at home. From exercising and playing basketball I have lost 55 pound's and went from 170 to 115 but still have been working out and I've started growing my muscles too. this has helped me very much. Thank you.
Oh thanks god I found you 😂. Finally having someone to follow doing this without paying money 🤧. I'm so grateful, waiting for the result after a month ❤️.
Thoroughly enjoyed this workout. I tried the recumbent bike for the first time a few days ago and it wasn't the prettiest. I figured out I had the seat too far back 🤣 that 30 minutes felt like an hour...This 30 minutes flew by. Will be doing this regularly to build up myself again since I hurt my ankle a few weeks ago
So glad I found this! I bought a recumbent bike during the pandemic and because I've had 2 knee surgeries (and probably need a 3rd). I was getting bored on the bike until I found this. Thanks!
So glad I found you! I have a bike in my basement and Ive been making up workouts. But I randomly thought to see if their were urube videos. I found this! I am sweating!! Thank you couch Kim!
Thank you so much for this awesome video! I’m overweight and trying so hard to come off of these pounds. New sub and looking forward to more amazing content
Just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful daily workout. Bought my activafit recumbent bike two months ago, put it together myself, a 3.5 hour workout in itself, but don’t regret for a moment. I am so much more mobile and able to go up and down stairs in my home so much more easily. Staying with you for the long haul. See changes in my body already. So grateful, listening and learning!,
I’m a 12 year old who’s struggled with depression since I was 7 but these workouts give me a reason to get up each day and I just want to thank you for that coach Kim 🩷🫶🏽
Upper body wise, a little bit too much on shoulder, so I modified with my own stretching to my needs. Great help during pandemic, thank you, coach Kim!
We are glad you got to modify this with your own stretching exercises, we all need different things :D. Here is an article you can read so you can keep it up with stretching and exercising: www.vivehealth.com/blogs/resources/activities-elderly-seniors

Thank You So Much 4 this workout Coach Kim & Vive Health Fitness. Me and my wife do this workout 4 almost 2 months now. And it's Great, and my shoulder pain almost gone, A Perpect Workout.
Thank you very much for this video! I skipped the squats part because I just had made a full lower body workout, but the cardio was amazing and your talk is really motivational!
Thank you! I've got Autonomic Neuropathy, Autonomic Dysreflexia, Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia MCAS, Hashimoto's which mimics MS, Cushing's Syndrome and Adrenal Insufficiency. I can't get off mid ride because it triggers a Pots flare. As lifting my arms causes severe Bradycardia. The MCAS makes for no defibrillator/pacemaker I need due to metal allergy. The steroids keeping me alive not only caused a 70# weight gain but also the Cushing's and Adrenal Insufficiency. I've lost 44# since being 90% to fully bedridden. I was getting bored with foot and butt placement helping work core. I found this video. I usually do 40 minutes at 2 and 3. With that I'm averaging 8.5 miles. I'm doing outer and inner thigh with foot placement when you stand or squat. Thanks again

@@ViveHealth thank you very much. That is very kind. I kind of just have to switch everything up due to the sudden changes in homeostasis. Still working and am down 45#. I've given my sister your video and she bought a bike. We will do them together this summer over a device. Thanks again.
Thank you very much for a great tutorial :) I am struggling to understand parts of the digital display. I can't understand the difference between Distance & Odometer? I thought it was the same thing? Thanks again John :)
The workout is really invigorating! Thanks for sharing it here. I'm even sleeping more soundly. I have a question for Coach Kim - I feel a lot of soreness just above my knee at the end of the 20 minute and 30 minute workout. It continues for 2-3 days feeling like pain. I think it's due to the ramping up as we begin an interval. Could also be due to the squats... My question is: To deal with this soreness / pain, would it be a good idea to keep the tension level constant at 4 and increase speed by 6-8 km/hr rather than increase the tension when prompted, for an interval, by Coach Kim. Would such an approach lead to similar intensity of the workout? Please do let me know. Thanks in advance.

Do you have an approximate number of calories this workout burns… just the exercises by Coach Kim. My bike tells me calories burnt for pedaling but I am curious as to how many more calories I am burning with Kim’s great workout for upper body and squats. I know it would vary depending on the person. Just an approximate range is all I need.
Hi. I am a 33 years old women. I am 157 cm tall and I weight 62 kg. If I wanted to lose weigh in a healthy way, would using the recurmint bike for 1 hour (burning about 500 calories) and walking for 1 hour (3 times a week). And also walking for 2 hours and cardio for half an hour (3 times a week). Would that be enough? Thank you so much.
