I had foot surgery so cant do my regular aerobic routine. Just did a search for chair workout and saw yours. Its a great workout, maybe even better than my regular workout. Thanks for putting it on RUclips and letting people do this for free. Thanks for being inspiring as we go through it.
This is my absolute favorite of your chair workouts. It is non-stop hard work, but I never stopped having fun because of your energy! My heart rate was at peak for a while, and in the cardio zone for the rest of the time. Anyone who thinks you can't get a good burn or raise your heart rate in a seated workout is dead wrong! This workout is proof! Thank you for keeping me moving while I'm dealing with this torn tendon!

I'm 52 years old. I usually do chair aerobics for Gen X and seniors, but I wanted to challenge myself. I love your class. There were a few exercises that I had to do low impact, but I completed the whole class.😂🎉. I subscribed and look forward to the next class. ❤! I also love the punching.

This for any one who like me is just starting their journey back to a healthy body. I began with the chair stretch video, before and after the 7 min chair workout. I alternated with the chair yoga every other day. Today is day 5 for me and I was able to keep moving though this video! I modified and I was doing about half the movements Caroline was but I did it! I’m not saying “do it the way I did”, I’m only trying to encourage you. I’ve noticed small differences in how my body feels and works and this is only day 5! Go me! Go you!

Caroline, you are such a blessing! A little more than a month ago I broke my ankle. I was ok about that, I just realized I would have to give my body some time to heal. My big worry was that after a month without cardio I might have lost tone, strength and lung vigor. So I was totally delighted to come across your chair cardio. It was even more vigorous than some of the regular exercises I had been doing. Now, as you would say "I feel fabulous!" Thank you.
I use to be an active runner. Due to injuries and my age I no longer am able to run. I switched to using Beach Body programs until arthritis in my knees acted up and no longer can do their intense workouts. I need to stay active and low impact. I came across your chair workouts and not only find them challenging but perfect for me. I've tried several and i;m sweating at the end of each session. Thank you

OMG...I didn't just like this workout, I LOVED it!!!! you are so amazing. I can't thank you enough for these workouts and your words of inspiration. I've always loved working out and was so depressed when my disease slowly started stripping me of my ability to do the more intense workouts that I loved. Trust me, I'm a much happy person when I get my workouts in and I feel like I've actually accomplished something without inflicting pain upon myself. You are a blessing!!

As a chronic ankle instability / injury suffer I thank you for these videos. I hope soon to finally get that surgery I have been putting off for years. I will most likely be in a longer recovery and will do these videos more often.
Thank you Caroline. This is fantastic and far more difficult than previous chair cardios, which is a good thing. The harder part is the more dynamic and fast intervals, almost like HIIT.
That was really fun! I've had two strokes so the side punches on the left side were a little weird but it's good to work that area. The coordination messed me up at first but I got it! I kept thinking I needed to pause it but I kept going I'm working on my endurance! Fun but challenging. I might do it again today to see if I can get it better lol
Caroline, your videos have been lifesavers as I’m a distance runner with a foot injury. This was my favorite chair cardio video so far, as it was a bit more advanced with the shorter intervals and quick switches between exercises. Please make more “advanced” videos like this one!
How have I only just discovered this channel?! I have mobility issues and spend most of my day sitting, fainting or dislocating almost every joint. Every workout I usually find is either way too intense or is seated and only focuses on upper body. This is so perfect 👌 I can literally work on my whole body without the fear of hurting myself, its a bit quick but and I need to take a few moves easier than the video but I am so happy to do a workout and not feel like a disabled person for a minute. Even when I was able-bodied I never found a workout that fit my needs as well as this ❤❤

This is my first chair aerobics class! I am on crutches and non weight bearing after a knee reconstruction but wanted to get my arms and legs moving. I am glad I found this class, it was perfect! Thank you :)
Thank you So MUCH for your chair workouts. I have horrible inflammatory arthritis, which is terribly depressing. I have so many joints that don't want to work but you make it so I can workout!! Fantastic video, more difficult than your other chair cardios to date but that's a good thing. I think in some ways even more difficult than your chair cardio with weights workout due to the comparatively less active rests in this video which almost feels like we going through the motions non stop with no breaks. That was BRUTAL! But in a good way. I am so proud I finished that workout, I loved the variations of muscle groups it worked. Many chair workouts don't work your legs very well, but oh boy! My thighs! Great workout to do after recovering from a leg injury 👍🏻

Love your routines and love your enthusiasm. We're in our 80's, though, and have trouble keeping up your pace. Any chance you could do some workouts geared to us oldies?
This is my first chair aerobics class! I am on crutches and non weight bearing after a knee reconstruction but wanted to get my arms and legs moving. I am glad I found this class, it was perfect! Thank you :)
Thank you So MUCH for your chair workouts. I have horrible inflammatory arthritis, which is terribly depressing. I have so many joints that don't want to work but you make it so I can workout!! I love working out and I can always find something I can do with you. You have literally saved my life. I don't want to end up in a care home and you are making it possible for me to have some hope! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Fantastic video, more difficult than your other chair cardios to date but that's a good thing. I think in some ways even more difficult than your chair cardio with weights workout due to the comparatively less active rests in this video which almost feels like we going through the motions non stop with no breaks.

Sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and have had to postpone my regular treadmill workouts. I found this video on you tube and have to say - this kicks my treadmill's butt! Thanks for this, and am looking forward to trying out your other "hurt foot" workouts too.
Kicked my butt in the BEST way. Just had a knee injection so needed something with lower body movement to ease back into anything standing. Perfection :) Joining patreon tonight- can’t resist the calendars I see. See you tomorrow!

I think this was my favorite chair cardio yet! I overdid it with my foot so I'm back to doing chair workouts for a bit, and this one just flew on by! Worked up a sweat and felt great. Thank you!

Caroline thank you I am so grateful for this awesome workout, I had so much fun doing it and I was so proud to get to the end. My stump was a little tired afterwards but it won't stop me coming back to do it all over again. Your upbeat style helped me to keep going.
Wow. This kicked my butt. I'm def adding it to my rotation.
That was BRUTAL! But in a good way. I am so proud I finished that workout, I loved the variations of muscle groups it worked. Many chair workouts don't work your legs very well, but oh boy! My thighs! Great workout to do after recovering from a leg injury 👍🏻
Loved this workout because it involves a little choreography and you break it up to keep it interesting all the way through. This workout pairs really well for me after the 30 minute hardest chair workout ever for an awesome Chair Cardio CARDIO day. Thank you for your energy and creativity and providing us such variety!

really like this one....jones fracture going on month 3...pretty miserable. depressed....i do your workouts daily....now this doesnt hurt foot when i tap heels or i do in boot...i like punches:)
